So my mother who is 73 years old went and order two salads from this Subway for us. This was not our first time ordering from this Subway, prior the overall experience was good. Actually, we always order a salad whenever we visit any Subway unless they serve Gluten-free buns for sandwiches.
So today, my mother order was misunderstood and they began to prepare a chicken salad sandwich. My mother corrected the order mid way and the manager Brooke was disrespectful, yelled at my mother as if she was 9 years old and told her that she ordered the breaded chicken salad sandwich. My mother cognition has not decline and she was aware of thier mistake. The manager was unreasonable and when the inquiry about her last name "she replied, "you don't need to know my last name". Her behavior was unprofessional, she embarrassed my mother and the food was not fresh as advertised.
My mother and I can not eat wheat, breaded items so she would never order a sandwich that would make us sick. Instead, of the employees practicing good customer service, they yelled and accused my mother when they screwed up the original order.
If Brooke is the manager which she related to my mother that she is always there, think twice before you stop there. I would say find another Subway, one that will treat you with dignity and respect apply conflcit resolution skills to...

I work with people on a daily basis, day in, day out. It is common courtesy first off to acknowledge those in close proximity, and then when in service just let the person know you will with right with them. Well one incident where that did not happen, I walked in to pick up an order and was completely ignored. Mind you they only had a few people there, so I waited patiently likely any level headed person would and not cause a scene. Still no acknowledgement or even a simple āwelcome to subwayā, it wasnāt until the person that was being helped asked , āhey can they help you, I see you are standing hereš¤Øš, with a nice smileā then low and behold they realized a person was there. I do the mobile order special since its affordable and there are countless of times where I had to ask if they put in the guac or not. I went in there last week and one of the night workers there, she is a young black lady with a big head of hair, she gave me attitude and told me the GUACAMOLE is NOT included in the Turkey, Bacon and GUACAMOLE sub and I literally was like the name of it says it all. Then she proceeds to cup a small side of it and then toss it on the counter with attitude as well.
