I’ve ordered Thai from this restaurant 8-10 times since living in Sanford. I usually order the red curry or panang curry, both of which have been lacking in rich coconut flavor lately. Not sure if they are cutting costs by limiting coconut milk in their recipe, but it is too watery for my liking (as I’ve seen at least one other review mention about curry). I also see a lot of reviews mentioning medium being too spicy, and I have to agree. What is the point of having 6 different levels of spice (0-5) if the medium level is the same is levels 2-3. Medium is almost inedibly spicy, and I frequently eat spicy Thai food. I’ve seen from this business’s passive aggressive replies that they are not willing to accept this criticism to level out their spice levels to reflect what actual spice level regular customers are accustomed to when ordering medium vs Thai hot for example. That really is a shame because I will have to try another Thai spot from now on. I don’t have a desire to finish seasoning my food myself after paying $20 a plate + tip just because this restaurant isn’t willing to make medium a true medium level of spice for...

Been here twice when I’m in town visiting family. It’s really delicious. The red curry soup special and drunken noodles are 🔥. I also recommend the rice dish that has fried garlic on top.

I lived in Laos for 7 months and I am a hot chili addict. I eat spicy food daily. The food at Dali’s is both a fresh and stellar representation of South East Asian cuisine, and it’s spicy af. If you are a chili addict like me, just order it ‘hot’ with extra chili on side to add yourself if you think it’s needed. The ‘Thai hot’ is incredibly spicy and absolutely unsuitable for anyone who is not used to eating extremely spicy food regularly. I know some of you are thinking, ‘ohhh no not me I’m sooo cool and I eat spicy food all the time look at me wow I’m so cool’ and you will order it Thai spicy anyway. You’ve been warned!

I would like to see Dali’s have a few in-house dining tables with glass plate wear. I’m not a big fan of to go- I like to eat food fresh out of the kitchen and avoid all the single use plastic.

Keep up the amazing work with your...

This place is amazing! I go so often because it's so close to my job, but mainly because it's HANDS DOWN THE BEST THIA FOOD IVE EVER HAD....and I've been to quite a few as it's one of my favorite cuisines! The service is also extremely personable and good. Tip and Brandon put alot into the place and did i mention the food is good???!!! It's family owned and they make me feel welcome and special everytime I go in. The prices are moderate, but you get a lot of food and it's always fresh and delicious. I have tried a variety of items on the menu now as it's all so good I just plan to order everything. The quality is what I like the most. You get 5 star food at an affordable price, and it's so packed with flavor! The only downside is they aren't a restaurant where you can be served, I would come with my family if it were! Please try this place out you won't be disappointed. I never am and I make a point to go once a month (used to be about twice a week) . The food , service, people, and atmosphere...

There is no better place for Northern Thai/Lao food in Orlando. Just finished the 11th visit. They are masters of their craft. Every spice, starch, protein, and sauce are blended perfectly. While they do have a couple of tables, it's definitely a take out place. The homemade sausage with sticky rice and the must-have firey "jaew bong" pepper paste is excellent. If you've never had it, it's the perfect brooding blend of sweet, salty, hot, and savory. The sausage is itself not spicy, but the jaew bong is not for the faint of heart. So intensely flavored that a smidge goes a long way. You'll almost think they didn't give you enough when you first see the little plastic cup it comes in. But rest assured, a little is going to be plenty, and it is outstanding. Particularly with a bite that has sausage and the rice eaten together. You may very well crave it. On at least half of my visits, the red cgain, chicken noodle soup, khao kapoon gai, comes home. It's that good. More pics and visits to come.

I have been searching for the best summer rolls in Orlando and I think I finally found it. I absolutely love Thai and Vietnamese summer rolls (sometimes called spring rolls) with their rice wrappers, shrimp, salad type veggies, and peanut sauce. However, at many restaurants, these rolls are messy to eat, come with dry gritty pork, or taste a few days old. This is NOT the case with Dali's. Their summer rolls are crispy fresh, tightly rolled, easy to eat, and flavorful. While I tend to like my peanut sauce a little less sweet and more peanut buttery, their sauce is still fantastic and crave-able. I also got a Thai tea but I forgot to take a picture of it. It was perfectly mixed and a great companion to my summer roll. They're counter service style with a very friendly staff and chef. The entire restaurant is clean and well maintained. I highly recommend and I will become a frequent diner here. I look forward to trying the rest of the menu!

For those looking for homecook style cuisine, this is the place! Best summer rolls I've ever had (even better than the Vietnamese versions). I've tried the laab, pad kee mao, tom khem (sells out fast), curry, Lao sausages, and papaya salad. All delicious in their own way. Even though Thailicious is one of my favorites, I don't think it is fair to compare the two. Both are great, but one is very much a Ma & Pa restaurant that only those who truly grew up on the homemade dishes can really appreciate.
