This target has the absolute worst customer service. For over 2 years I keep trying this location and I feel dissatisfied each time I leave. One instance I had an employee stand directly behind me to make sure I was scanning everything. I get it it's your job to make sure I'm not stealing, but personal space please. I don't need to feel your breath. Employees who are shopping orders don't give a single care in the world that customers are in the store. I'm not expecting them to stop and help me, just to not run me over with their cart. Today was my last time visiting this location. I needed assistance in the electronics department. I found an employee wearing a black laynard labled "tech" wandering the isles. As I turned down the isle she was on she turned, looked at me and walked away. I tried to get her attention but I guess she didn't hear me, and when I got to the end of the isle she was gone. I circled around the area I saw her for a few then went to wait at the tech desk. Not even a button at the desk to call for help. I said "hello?" And a customer told me the employee walked to the back of the store. I made my way to customer service to ask for help. On the way I was almost hit by an employee running with a cart. By then I didn't want help I just wanted to inform the manager. I asked the front desk employee to speak with a manager and she said "for what, so I know who to call" I said tech or just ANY manager and she said she didn't know if any were around. So I told her the story asked he to pass it on. Don't know if she did but I certainly passed the word on to corporate. I feel like a damn Karen even while being polite and calm and asking...
Read moreIS THIS WALMART!! I should not have to wait 30 minutes in line to be checked out. This was the only register open besides the 4 self-check outs and at the other side way down were two express registers open. All of these had numerous people In line. It is us customers that keep your doors open. I do not wish to bag my own groceries which means, I drive there, walk around picking up my stuff putting it in my cart, then take them out of my cart, scan them, put them in bags, unload to my car and then unload at home. Why are you guys there. ??? And I know corporations have money for different areas but put some more into customer service by getting us customers out the door faster which in turn means a happier customer. It is hard to swallow watching other employees, sometimes just walking around when the could be helping to get us out the door faster. That is what makes a good place to shop. You are not much cheaper, if at all than Publix but they are hands down 100% more caring of their customers. That is why shopping at Publix IS A PLEASURE. So, I believe I will not be a customer of your store any longer. And, remember, money IS NOT WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT. Lastly, the cashier I had was doing her job as fast ad she could. She was great. People need jobs. Please let them...
Read moreThis store has historically be great, but the last two trips in a row had issues related to prices. Many items would price differently at the register than what was advertised below the items on the shelf. Most of these items would actually be priced lower than the labeled price on the aisle, but some of them would also be more.
I don't understand why it is so difficult for pricing to match what is on the shelves. If a shelf says a pizza is $4 and at the register it comes up as $5, that's a problem. It's also not good for it to come up less either, because then some people might pass up an item that would otherwise sell more. I feel like expecting honest pricing is not asking for a lot.
Outside of that, the experience has still been good. Items are well stocked, pricing is competitive, store is clean, short waits to check out. If it wasn't for the pricing issues, I would give it five stars, but to me, that's a pretty big problem and for it to span at least half a month, the store needs to evaluate itself.
If you shop here, be sure to check your receipts. It might not make much of a difference, after all it's mostly change, but still, prices should match what's...
