This target has the absolute worst customer service. For over 2 years I keep trying this location and I feel dissatisfied each time I leave. One instance I had an employee stand directly behind me to make sure I was scanning everything. I get it it's your job to make sure I'm not stealing, but personal space please. I don't need to feel your breath. Employees who are shopping orders don't give a single care in the world that customers are in the store. I'm not expecting them to stop and help me, just to not run me over with their cart. Today was my last time visiting this location. I needed assistance in the electronics department. I found an employee wearing a black laynard labled "tech" wandering the isles. As I turned down the isle she was on she turned, looked at me and walked away. I tried to get her attention but I guess she didn't hear me, and when I got to the end of the isle she was gone. I circled around the area I saw her for a few then went to wait at the tech desk. Not even a button at the desk to call for help. I said "hello?" And a customer told me the employee walked to the back of the store. I made my way to customer service to ask for help. On the way I was almost hit by an employee running with a cart. By then I didn't want help I just wanted to inform the manager. I asked the front desk employee to speak with a manager and she said "for what, so I know who to call" I said tech or just ANY manager and she said she didn't know if any were around. So I told her the story asked he to pass it on. Don't know if she did but I certainly passed the word on to corporate. I feel like a damn Karen even while being polite and calm and asking...

IS THIS WALMART!! I should not have to wait 30 minutes in line to be checked out. This was the only register open besides the 4 self-check outs and at the other side way down were two express registers open. All of these had numerous people In line. It is us customers that keep your doors open. I do not wish to bag my own groceries which means, I drive there, walk around picking up my stuff putting it in my cart, then take them out of my cart, scan them, put them in bags, unload to my car and then unload at home. Why are you guys there. ??? And I know corporations have money for different areas but put some more into customer service by getting us customers out the door faster which in turn means a happier customer. It is hard to swallow watching other employees, sometimes just walking around when the could be helping to get us out the door faster. That is what makes a good place to shop. You are not much cheaper, if at all than Publix but they are hands down 100% more caring of their customers. That is why shopping at Publix IS A PLEASURE. So, I believe I will not be a customer of your store any longer. And, remember, money IS NOT WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT. Lastly, the cashier I had was doing her job as fast ad she could. She was great. People need jobs. Please let them...

This store has historically be great, but the last two trips in a row had issues related to prices. Many items would price differently at the register than what was advertised below the items on the shelf. Most of these items would actually be priced lower than the labeled price on the aisle, but some of them would also be more.

I don't understand why it is so difficult for pricing to match what is on the shelves. If a shelf says a pizza is $4 and at the register it comes up as $5, that's a problem. It's also not good for it to come up less either, because then some people might pass up an item that would otherwise sell more. I feel like expecting honest pricing is not asking for a lot.

Outside of that, the experience has still been good. Items are well stocked, pricing is competitive, store is clean, short waits to check out. If it wasn't for the pricing issues, I would give it five stars, but to me, that's a pretty big problem and for it to span at least half a month, the store needs to evaluate itself.

If you shop here, be sure to check your receipts. It might not make much of a difference, after all it's mostly change, but still, prices should match what's...

Inaccurate inventory and hard to get assistance from anyone. Went to 2 separate Targets looking for a bike we checked each store's website and both said they had them in stock. We wanted to see and sit on the bike to make sure it was what we needed. The first store didn't have it displayed and trying to get help was a futile, so off we went to the second store in Lake Mary/Sanford. The website said 2 in stock but to our surprise nothing. We tried the customer assistance phone in the department but no one would answer. We found an employee who was very nice, and she tried to Radio for help but after 5 minutes of people asking other people to help no one showed up and she went to look in the back. 5 minutes later she came out and said sorry I can't find them but I can check inventory at another location. We said fine and sure enough the first we went to said they had it in stock but at this point we explained we had already been there and the same result except we couldn't find an employee to check the back. She said sorry have a good day and walked off. Moral of the story use Amazon.

It's a Target. One of the more larger ones with full grocery. It is typically very clean, prices are OK, they do have frozen Swedish Meatballs which are hard to find around here. Best to wait for their sales. They do have a rewards program so make sure you record your purchases. UPDATE: They changed the program, no more cash back. The app just tracks your purchases, which can be handy, and is supposed to automatically apply discounts from the weekly flyer but I believe the register will do that without putting in your account. They have quite a few checkout lanes but rarely open them. Only 4 self checkout and 3 lanes open on a busy Saturday. To be fare lots of stores do this, not sure why they make so many lanes but then never open them. Today long line at self checkout (over 20 people) and only 3 lanes open with long lines there too. I went elsewhere to buy what I needed, too much to wait.

It’s bad enough that you guys don’t open any of the registers up and make everybody go to the self check out. I get it people wanted to minimum wage hike and this is what they get. But when I went today, one of the self checkouts wasn’t being used and I didn’t know why. The line to the self check out went out past the front door. When I got up there, I went over to that self check out that wasn’t being used and saw a little sign that said cash only. Why wasn’t this kid who is supposed to be working yell out that it’s cash only for the register and people can use it. I stood in line for 30 minutes for this? I mentioned something to him, saying maybe he could let us know that it’s cash only and he didn’t say a word back. It’s like I’m talking to the wall or an alien or something. Customer Service It’s your only job.
