Hi there. I know my post is long but it is important to me that I tell exactly how our experience went because in the end the whole thing brought my mom to tears which broke my heart. We are used to less than perfect employees at fast food places and we normally let it go. But this was special in a bad way.
My mother and I went to this location Sunday September 23rd between 2pm-3pm. They were all out of lettuce and tomatoes 😒. We ordered 2 tacos for my 8 year old. A chicken quesadilla with extra chicken for me. And my mom got fish with side of cheese. And what's funny is that she specfically wanted tacos for the lettuce and they didn't have it. Oh well. So we asked for sour cream which is an extra cost. So we asked if they could remove the cost of the sour cream since we were paying full price for tacos that were missing two ingredients. We got the manager for that and he allowed it. Which by the way he obviously needs a lot training on communication and body language.
So what I really came here to say is that the employee at the drive thru window, a young, pretty dark skin girl had such an ugly attitude. I sensed it as soon as she opened the window, put her hand out and pronounced to us the price without even a hello. Okay I let that slide. We got our order. And they forgot my mom's side of shredded cheese. My mom had to keep her horn to get their attention inside. My mom politely asked for her missing cheese. The window girl demanded cheese with a nasty attitude from her coworkers, which made us feel bad as if she had a problem with us asking for what we paid for. Okay, maybe she was just frustrated with the crew and not us, I'll let that slide too. She handed my mom the cheese and my mom nicely asked for her name. It was a unique name, something like Sareesha. She said her name but as she was saying it she was also closing the window. We barely heard the end of her name! It was so blatantly rude! My mom got her to open the window again. My mom began to talk, still politely but now she has a serious tone. My mom began to tell her how she doesn't appreciate her attitude. The girl responded with "you got your cheese, you holding up my line" with such a nasty tone and rude hand movements. More was said but the whole point is that this girl was so disrespectful to my mom as a customer, and as her elder, it's just shameful! We were all in such a good mood having just coming out of church and that girl ruined it. Her rudeness even affected my son and he is only 8. He didn't even understand what her problem was. It was so uncalled for . We never once treated her the way she treated us, not for a second. That employee should not be the face of Taco Bell, which is what you are when you work the drive thru window. I know how this job works. I used to work at Mcdonalds. I never once spoke rudely to cutsomers even if they were rude to me first because my job requires me to always be respectful and as a Christian I could never allow myself to react rudely. I don't wish her to get fired even though she made my mom cry. I just hope this girl gets removed from drive thru until she gets better trained to deal with customers. She should have some kind of...
Read moreONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES FILLED MY BURRITO WITH SPICY SAUCE ON PURPOSE AS A MEANS TO GET AT ME!!!! I CANT EAT SPICY FOOD BECAUSE MY INTESTINES FLARED UP, AND THEY DID!!!!
I’ve been dealing with INFLAMMATION/DISCOMFORT and pain for two days.
What happened: I came into the store to pickup a Uber Eats order. The staff made a series of mistakes and I had to wait around 15 minutes for a simple order.
Playfully I said I should get a free burrito for the long wait. A chubby, african-american man (description because I don’t know the name) was putting together the food and he decided he would give me a burrito. He asked what type, I said “chicken”.
I saw him talking and laughing with another employee working beside him. I shouldve suspected something at that point.
He fixed it up for me and I thanked him, told him it meant alot to me.
I leave and when I decide to bite on the burrito, he had filled it with an extremely spicy sauce.
I CANNOT eat spicy food because I suffer from a chronic Intestinal condition where it becomes inflamed.
Every since that day i’ve had pain/discomfort and now have to watch what i eat not to rile the issue up. It’s a very hard to deal with medical condition
Why are people so careless & evil? I have no idea
Some will think “well, it was a free burrito”
I half jokingly said i’d take a free burrito for the delay and he said he’d do it.
That doesn’t mean its ok to be mean spirited and intentionally mess with someone. You DON’T KNOW WHAT PEOPLE ARE GOING THROUGH
I’ve been to taco bell a million times, I know their menu. A chicken burrito has sour cream lettuce cheese & chicken. He basically substituted the sour cream for this very very spicy sauce.
I can’t eat spicy food, alcohol, or coffee because my intestines flare up badly.
I recommend everyone to steer clear from this place
Wednesday...
Read moreI visited this Taco Bell with a group of six, placing a pretty large order of about 4-5 items each. When we arrived, another customer warned us about long wait times—some had been waiting over 25 minutes. Despite this, we decided to stay, and our wait ended up being around 15 minutes, which was slightly faster than expected.
The staff seemed overwhelmed by the steady stream of customers. One frustrated customer, struggling with the kiosk, eventually went to the pickup counter and angrily expressed their dissatisfaction with the lack of staffing. It was clear the team wasn’t equipped to handle the rush, but I don’t fault the employees working that day—they were courteous and trying their best. In fact, they offered me two complimentary drinks while I waited, which was a nice gesture.
As for the food, it was a mix—some items were hot, while others were lukewarm. Everything in the order was accurate, though. The soda machine had some issues; the ice maker wasn’t working properly, and several drink options were watered down due to missing syrup.
The atmosphere left something to be desired. The dining area could have been cleaner, but given how short-staffed they were, I can understand why it wasn’t a priority.
Overall, the staff did what they could under tough circumstances, but this location clearly needs better staffing to improve the experience. I’m willing to give it another try in the future, hoping they address...
