This is the worst customer service ever!!! I ordered for delivery, had to call three times to get an update. The first time I called they left me on hold for a 15 minutes. Hung up and called again. I spoke with the manager and she apologized as my lunch was late over an hour. She said my apologies I will cancel your order and have them deliver it right away. I was like cool I’m hungry, it’s cold and I really wanted soup. Waited 30 more minutes call back cause hey I’m starving and I ask to speak with a manager, this person who answered the phone with a rude voice said can I have a name! I was like little girl, I’m about to chew you up. She puts me on hold again for the 3rd time and another manager picks up the phone and said your order was cancelled. We’re you told the food would be delivered anyway? If so no one told me that! Get your stuff together people, so I said okay never mind I will buy something else cause it’s not worth the wait. She just hung up!! The issue is that these people don’t realize how this hurts your business, an online review is the worst thing that you can have if it is a bad one like mine! Read moreI use to work at Panera. Everything was always right and always excellent. I've continued to eat at panera for almost a decade, all over the country. This location is by far the worst I've seen. No expo at the counter. My fathers sandwich came out without egg amd half the portion of chicken there is suppose to be. I remember pre portioning the meats at the prep station, I also remember that its a much larger portion. Mine came out on the incorrect bread. IMO, cooperate needs to have some secret shoppers come.
Update, mine came with cheese on it after I included the dairy allergy and confirmed with the kitchen NO DAIRY.
Secondary Update. Spoke with the manager to have the sandwich remade. She said "sorry about that" but you could tell by tone of voice, body language, and lack of eye contact that it was simply lip service. I also confirmed that there is no expo on staff today. Oh look, accountability - non existent. I wonder why not one, not two, but 3 things were incorrectly made.

Read moreSo apparently due to this being a franchise (non-corporate) location, they have a limited menu, which seems to go along with a limited ability to provide decent customer service. My favourite Panera menu item is not made here (the Baja Mac & Cheese Bowl). Furthermore your options here are more limited when it comes to ordering and receiving your food, there are no Self-Service ordering tablets, nor does it have the smart tagged tables (the one that enables other paneras to bring the food right to your table). When my device vibrated and I went to retrieve my food an item was missing, instead of the employee retrieving the item for me, she simply said, "They should have given you that over there," pointing to the order-takers. When I went back to the order takers to retrieve the missing item, I then needed a fork, when I asked for one I was again given the same line. "They should have given you a fork over there," pointing back to the food pick up area. Employees of this location do not seem to be on-board with the Panera hospitality norms, and instead simply give you excuses and run-arounds in the place of good service. I will here-on avoid any...
