Domino's — Restaurant in Sanford

I placed a delivery order for 8 pizzas. I called in the early afternoon and asked for it to be delivered at 4.45. I was having a birthday party so I wanted to give them enough time. Part of the party was at a place and then 15 kids, 5 adults were coming back to the house. I get to the house a little after 5pm and there's no pizza. I call the store they say it's on its way. Pizza shows up a little after 5.30...well half the pizza shows up. The driver shows up with 4 large pizzas. The driver leaves to get the rest of my order. He comes back around 6pm with the remaining pizzas. I call the store fuming. The kid that answers the phone was apologetic but all I could be offered for my trouble was a free large pizza. 15 ten and eleven year olds are staring at me hungry and my complete delivery is well over an hour late and I get a free large pizza...not taken off my bill but for a future order. I just order a 8 pc wings and a pepperoni pizza the pizza was cold as ice the chicken wings were raw so I call the store and the manager her name was gabby she said told me it was my fault cus I should ask for well done wings don’t even know that one so I just wanted them cook she was so rude like I was complaining for nothing but at the end she said she will send the driver to pick the order up hopefully they refund the purchase horrible service worst quality I have never dealt with any manager that doesn’t try to fix the mistake and instead blames the customer for not mentioning to cook the wings this person is rude even to the people working there and do not deserve to deal with people so she cant treat them like animals don’t eat in that dominos at 3653 s dr in Sanford florida ma gabby u...

girl that works in there, she says her name is Traniece she was really rude I called to place an order over the phone she told me they don’t take orders over the phone anymore and when my daughter went in to place the order she wouldn’t place the order for her she told her to tell me I gotta do it online so while I was placing my order online while my daughter was inside Dominos she said I better hurry because she about to close and ain’t got time for this I’ve never had a bad experience with your employees but she’s bad for the company makes me don’t want to ever order from this...
