Dunkin's policy is to not accept $50 or $100 bills, this exception can be waived by the manager from what I can find online, my wife attempted to buy $28.42 worth of coffee with a $50 bill and was denied both from the Barista taking the order and the manager to take our $50 legal tender cash bill. David Huffman if this review makes it to your desk I hope you know we live in 2023 where the $50 is the new $20 and it Still Remains legal currency. Back in 2008 when your policy looks to be put in place, coffees were two bucks this might have seemed reasonable but unfortunately it's not the world we live in now. Disappointed with Service and Wait Time

I visited Dunkin’ Donuts today and had a terrible experience. I waited in line for over 25 minutes just to place a simple order. It’s clear they prioritize online orders and the drive-thru over in-store customers. People who came in after me and placed mobile orders were served first, while those of us waiting in line were completely ignored.

If they can’t balance in-store and online orders better, they need to find a solution. The whole point of going inside was to avoid a long wait, but it ended up being worse. Definitely not worth the time or...

Not impressed even a little. Went through drive thru ordered an iced macchiato. Was given the drink... Didn't look right, didn't taste right. I look at sticker and it's not the drink I ordered. I go back and to my surprise the barista while I'm standing there is telling her co worker that the sticker was wrong but it was the correct drink. Really???? I'm paying $4.40 for a drink and you can't just admit a mistake was made and remake the drink. Or even wait till I leave before saying me the customer is wrong. Yeah that proffesional and mature....
