Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Sanford

I have been here several times and it's always a hit and miss until here recently...NOW it's a miss! There is a manager here, not for sure if she's the manager or not, but she is totally rude and does not need a job in customer service at all! Just a little insight on my last experience with her that happened on 6/17/21. We went through the drive thru and placed an order around 8ish expecting to get pepperoni hot and READY pizzas. The gentleman that took our order said that they currently do not have any and for us to come back in 20-25 mins. The restaurant closes at 9pm which we were aware of, but we paid and came back a little after 9pm only to be greeted by such a nice manager (being sarcastic here). She opened her window with a not so pleasant attitude and asked if she could help us, we told her that we were there to pick up the pizza that we paid for and handed her the receipt. She said well for future reference we close at 9 and we stated that we were aware of that, however the guy that took our order told us to come back in 20-25mins. She said well still we close at 9 and I wouldn't have opened by window up normally, but I did this time because I have product in here that I don't want to waste. The incident before last night happened when we pulled up to the window to order hot and READY pizzas...we placed our order and she said for an order this large you need to call ahead of time. It was 3 pepperoni pizzas! Nevertheless, this location has lost my business just because of her. If she isn't happy with her job, she needs to find another one. I understand losing my business doesn't hurt the restaurant at all, but I will certainly not be back here...

Today 4/29/19 at 2:40pm: Denise was having a bad day and told me that I needed to call if I wanted my 4 pizzas. Mind you, it wasn't around lunch time, it was almost 3! I was the only one there in line. It wasn't like I was asking for 12 pizzas. Then I would understand the calling in part. There were employee's in the back chilling and not doing much. Laughing and what not. I always ask for pizzas and it was never an issue. In fact most of the time when I'm in line it takes ages to get to the window. Does she tell them the same thing? Order by phone? Nope! So why me? She couldn't back up her claim proving it was in their policy. There's nothing on the window nor building that says that if you want a certain number of pizzas then you need to call in. That's for people who host parties, but 4 pizzas? An active LC team could get several pizzas made/done instead of standing around. Instead of telling me to call in, get your lazy workers to get to work instead of standing around. They could be making pizzas instead of standing around not doing s*. Calling Little Caesars customer service...
