This place needs a lot of work. The afternoons and dinner time are hit or miss. Sometimes they're quick, sometimes not, sometimes the lobby is dirty as hell. Sometimes they are friendly and sometimes they look like they're angry to be there. This morning I came into the lobby for the first time for breakfast. I've done breakfast drive thru before which was the same as my evening experiences. I had to come inside because no one appeared to be at the drive thru while I waited for over a minute, and even asked if anyone was there to no answer. Mind you, their open time is 7 and this is at 7:45. When I come into the lobby, the manager is clearly still setting up for the day. She is organizing her things and has the register drawers out. Again, nearly an hour after open. I watch her at 7:50 put in headphones and take a drive thru order. The kitchen staff is stocking. I've worked in restaurants and these are not things you do after you open. And you certainly don't let a customer not be helped because you aren't ready nearly an hour into the day. I've forgiven this place for minor problems over and over but this experience has just done it for me, I won't be coming back anytime soon. I might give it another try in 6 months or so and see if it improves. Please note that I'm not angry about the situation, I know sometimes people get a slow start and restaurant work is hectic. But 45 minutes into the shift is not the time to be setting up and it's very unprofessional. I hope they turn it around because I enjoy taco Bell but this location...
Read moreIf you buy from here... DO PICK UP! If it's delivered, be aware, they will, for certain forget items, FOR SURE they will. Do they make it right and deliver you the items THEY FORGOT since you paid $20 for delivery including tip? Nope! You go and pick it up. This taco bell WILL make mistakes, and they make YOU fix their mistakes and don't work with you at all. Their option was come get the items or nothing. When told how much we paid for delivery, she said, "I don't know what to tell you." In a tone that she couldn't care less. Then hung up on me, when I would talk it over with our party. We wanted our missing items, since they wouldn't do a refund so we drove back and they had us wait 10 minutes DESPITE us calling in advance that we would pick them up! No apology, no on the house items. TELL YOUR STAFF TO CHECK THE BAG BEFORE SENDING IT OFF! Anyway, the food was thrown in there, not even wrapped up properly and I didn't feel comfortable eating it with how angry they looked. We fed it to the dog, not even he wanted it. Even more reason to believe something was done to it. Waste of time and money! Support authentic Mexican restaurants, not these uneducated, disrespectful companies that hire just anybody. Read moreExtremely disjointed, inefficient employees. Upon entering the lobby, we were informed by the woman at the cash register that she just got off work, and thus we would have to order at the kiosk. Annoying, but sure. We order at the kiosk, and want to pay with cash, which requires going back up to the counter. Now, you might be thinking that's my fault since clearly the cashier wasn't there. However, it seemed like a safe assumption that another employee could simply come over and ring us up, as there are multiple employees that work the register at just about every restaurant. Upon going up to the counter, we stood there for several minutes before being informed that apparently no other employee can operate the cash register, and thus we have to pay with card. Very strange and suggests extremely poor management if there was no employee scheduled to operate the register after the previous cashier gets off of work. After paying with card, we then waited for about twenty minutes for our order while the employees were dealing with a group of disgruntled customers who had been waiting a similar amount of time and were upset. The drive-thru is prioritized heavily, which I understand to an extent due to the increased traffic in the midst of COVID, however you cannot completely neglect the lobby to such an extent and expect people to endure it.
