Me and my wife visited here for our families early dinner, it was weekday, by 4pm which was obviously not a busy meal service time.
I made a mobile order ahead and chose to pickup by drive thru.
Worker at the window told me to wait at the No.2 parking space so I did. Everything was fine until this moment, since I knew they want to serve next car ASAP.
After that, like 5 mins later, female worker came out and passed me a paper bag, which was definitely not my orders at a glance. I ordered 2 qt pounder burgers, 2 fries, 20 nuggets so it shouldn’t supposed to be like “handful” amount, but it was.
The worst part is, woman in the car next to me also seemed to got a wrong order.
The female worker came up to us and asked us indifferently, “what is missing?”
I was disappointed bcz I thought ‘should I open the bag and see what is missing and not, sitting in my car?’ But I just gave her my receipt.
Later, one lady who looked like a manager or senior came out, apologized, and gave us big paper bag which looked like the right one. I believed them since the worker took my receipt earlier. But anyway I counted number of burgers, fries, sauces, and nuggets in the bag and it was right. Hence we didn’t even complain a bit and headed home.
Came back home, opened the bag, boom. One burger was right but another burger in the picture, was wrong- wrong. I added a patty, extra lettuce for that but look, one patty, definitely not extra lettuce. It was normal qtr pounder w/o modification. (i didn’t order double qt pounder bcz I used 6000points for free qt pounder but my wife wanted double, so I added 1 patty.)
The store is quite close from home but I didn’t want to go back to Mcdonalds thru rain bcz of 2$ total custom add-ons for burger, but it made us super disappointed. “It happens all the time…” We sighed deeply and… had unhappy dinner time. Fries were dry and cold too.
As I said, I even counted the numbers of foods in the bag! Nearby, busy fastfood chains like culvers or tacobell never miss their orders. Not even once! (oh yes, popeyes miss a LOT, too)
Now should I actually open the burger container and open up burger and rummage thru to check if u guys added right add-ons, sitting in the driver seat? It is a joke fr.😡
Guys working in this place can’t make 2 burgers, 2 fries, 20 nuggets right and pass it to customer right. 🤦🏻♂️ Perhaps fishes could be a better option for workers here since they definitely will have better memories.
Anyway they recently remodeled the store so inside looks clean and bright but they make mistake all the time same as usual. I experienced any kind of bad services(missing food, missing sauce, wrong food etc.) in about 20-30% of visits.
If u want to eat out, Just go culvers nearby for a burger. They never miss ur order, workers are friendly, food is super good, and have similar price compared to Mcdonalds. Coqui restaurant nearby is one good option too.
Recently, almost all Mcdonalds are expensive, stupid, and have no passion to make their mistakes right and never happen again. I earned around 50k point at multiple stores in last 2 year but all Mcdonalds are disappointing, and this place is one of the worst.

First the drive thru, I was the first and only car in lane one. No one saying anything on the speaker. I said "hello" a few times and no answer. 2 other cars pulled into lane 2 and ordered in front of me before someone finally came on the speaker and asked for my order code. Drive thru is always a coin toss. If someone in front has a large order, you wait. I thought being first was a no brainer but then having 2 other cars pull in front of me blew that strategy. I usually walk in to pick up though sometimes that gets submarined because some McDonald's prioritize drive thru and you end up waiting.
Next, Fries. Once again not full. They are getting better, not quite the dismal amount as previously but still not full. On the plus side, the fries were cooked correctly, salted perfectly and were fresh and warm.
UPDATE MAY 10, 2024 Adding a star. Today they did well. Fries were very full and cooked well. Service was quick (I went to the counter, drive thru was backed up) and the double cheeseburger was also cooked well
UPDATE MAY 30, 2024 I'm going back to 3 stars until they get consistency. The double cheeseburger was put together horribly plus they had pickles on it even though I ordered it without pickles and also no onions (see pics). The order did come out quickly but that doesn't matter if it comes out wrong and a mess.
UPDATE JUNE 27, 2024 I'm removing yet another star. This location is going downhill quickly. Today I ordered my usual double cheeseburger and fries. Sheriff Dave of the Fry Police had to issue another citation. Look at today's picture. Unexcusable amount of fries. I did go in and showed them. One lady took it to refill and handed it back reluctantly, no apology or anything other than her eyes rolling. When I opened the double cheeseburger, it was actually a McDouble instead. I took it back. It took 5 minutes for someone to assist me. The original lady who redid the fries would not even look at me. Another woman finally came by, got it fixed and apologized. On top of all of this, the same woman who redid the fries was assigned to put the counter orders together. She was mopping the floor instead letting the orders back up. When she was done mopping, she didn't wash her hands and went to grab food and bag it. 🙄 Overall a bad day and hopefully a manager or owner will fix this location.
UPDATE 07262024 I didn't think it could get worse but it has. This time ordered the same double cheeseburger with no onions or pickles. Got a McDouble instead and it had onions. The attention to detail is falling apart. Removed one star.
UPDATE 13/20/2024 Well after the remodel the only thing I can add is now the walls hide the incompetence. Ordered through the app for counter pickup. App said order was ready, come inside and get it. Waited 8 minutes inside to get it. The receipt was printed 8 minutes prior to receiving it. Pretty sure it was just sitting around in the back since the fries were like...
Read moreRead all the "newest" reviews. Nov. 24, 2024 we ordered (1 happy meal and 2 value meals, no special requests) from the drive thru using app at 1:55pm. We were told to go park in spot 5. When we went to spot five there was somebody there. There was no parking spots anywhere so we sat off to the side. Several people behind us said they were also told to park and spot five. It was a mad house and people saying in their vehicles everywhere. After 15 minutes I decided to go inside with my receipt. Once inside I discovered there were 12 other people doing the same thing. There was absolutely no employee at the counter. (Which after renovations is now just for Uber/pick ups) I waited 10 more minutes and still no employees. I then went back outside and my husband was finally parked in spot 5. We waited there 10 more minutes. Another customer came out saying we all should give up because she had waited 45 minutes and no one ever came out. So I went back inside. I leaned into the kitchen and asked for help. After 5 minutes somebody finally acknowledged me. I asked for my money back and she said she needed to ask the manager. She left with my receipt and 10 minutes later I leaned back inside and said please give me my money back. Her manager came to me and said he didn't know how to do refunds. I told him he needed to figure it out because it is now 2:58 and I had been there an hour. It took him about 10 minutes to figure it out. I did get my money back but when I left there was still several people waiting for their orders and many were very angry. The employees were very slow shuffling their feet, I could hear some in the back asking when they were going to get their break and being told they'd only been there for 2 hours they needed to wait. It was the worst experience I've ever had with fast food. I was in shock that a manager didn't know how to run the til or do refunds. And as I said if you read the reviews you will find that since they're reopening in November it appears that every day was like my day today. Avoid this McDonald's!!
We decided to give this McDonald's a second try a week later in the evening. I could pretty much rewrite what I wrote the first time because the same thing happened. I was also told I didn't have to be rude because they're just trying to help me when essentially they are not. They got my food wrong twice. I went to the drive-thru three times, the second time I was kind explaining the order was missing a burger and the second time I explained it was the wrong sandwich. They gave me a chicken. I said it wasn't that hard to get an order for 2 $5 meals that aren't specialized and I was told I didn't have to be rude as they were just trying to help and get it fixed. But seriously? For 2 $5 meals should I have to drive through there...
