I could have give no stars I would but this is my first time I visited this place and the customer service was the worst I ordered a kids ice cream and a coconut ice and I took less than quarter of the spoon and the taste was gross I told the girl it was tasting horrible she said I will have to charge you for another one eight after that a woman who was in front of me ordered the same thing and she said it tasted funny they made her buy another one the girl said she's not in charge of the ice are you *ing kidding ice is so hard to give someone I am calling my credit card company and I'll make sure all my friends who visited this place give you all...

Hello again I posted a review from my other phone my name is Anthony Solomon previously I posted my experience with Rita's italian ice which was not a very good experience I am back now after speaking to the manager and he told me how very sorry hea and asked if I could come back and he will be very happy to rectify the bad experience I had well I'm back today and he was true to his word I tried the new coconut ice which he recommended and he even gave me vouchers for my next visit this is what I call professional service I will definitely be back thank you TJ it was very nice meeting you or...

So I went to the Sanfrd’s Rita’s Italian ice and when I tell you, I had the greatest experience, they did not have the flavors that I wanted, but a very nice young lady by the name of DELILAH helped me decide .. I end up getting the root beer gelati it was great taste like a root beer float and my husband got something called the sharkle berry ..it was great. I highly recommend this location.
