I asked for a trenta refresher with light ice and received half the cup of refresher half cup of air. This has happened to me twice at this location. I have never experienced this at any other starbucks and I've been ordering the same thing for years. The tables are dirty, the floor is thesame, which explains the flies. This location needs to do better. Just because you are the only one in town doesn't mean we have to take the b.s. I was fine before Starbucks came to town and will do fine omitting them from now on. It's a shame because this is one of the best built Starbucks I've been in.(it's a new building) Perfect for studying, group meet ups or just reading. There are outlets everywhere.

Ordered tea with an infusion. The girl at the register tells me they don't do that. I informed her that I always get this combo at other starbucks. She charges me extra and then rings me up with an attitude. She clocked out around 6:20pm. I waited a total of 16 minutes and still no drink. After checking with the others i find out that she was supposed to make my drink but left without making it. Regardless of how you feel about your customer you still need to suck it up and fake a smile because you represent the company. Worked fast-food all through college and still treated rude customers with respect. After you can talk about them with your co workers like everyone else does. Mind you I wasn't rude.

Read moreI wanted to write a quick review this morning. I went to the Starbucks in Sanford and I have been coming to this one for a while now. I love how sweet all the ladies are there. They have good positive vibes. Unfortunately, my coffee tasted a little off due to the coffee beans tasting burnt this morning. I was stressing for a coffee remake due to previous employee (s) from a different Starbuck(s) being so rude to me. When I asked for a remake, she was super sweet and down-to-earth. The second remake coffee still tasted like burnt coffee beans. She totally understood and was concerned that the coffee beans went bad if I recall correctly. Instead of arguing with me, she embraced my concerns. I wish a lot more Starbucks employees were like this. She asked if i would be okay with regular espresso. (I was okay with regular espresso) So, I got down and they made two separate coffees unexpectedly. The lady’s came up and made it again but instead with two coffees. One with the regular espresso blonde with a different machine they used and one with regular espresso. I really enjoyed their sweetness and their interaction with me and my hubby because now we were both able to enjoy a coffee! Read moreTo be honest I wish (-1) was an option. This is the second time at this location that I have wore the drink on my clothes, hands, and spilled on my car. This time the cup collapsed and the lady had to know it prior to putting it through the window. Then they acted as if they were going to wipe it off and resend it back through the window until I kindly ask for a remake. The line is normally long and the service often reflects. But I was more hurt when I contact the manager by phone only for him to act as if he could careless. I can’t believe this is the 2nd time this has happened and it was a Hot Drink also. That is the worst Feeling on my skin and through my clothes while traveling. The last time it wasn’t remade I was just given a few napkins. No empathy and the only concern was to get me out of line. These orders are too expensive for the service and drinks to be unpleasant.
