2024 update: I'm disappointed, My last 4 orders were missing more than half the order. Customer service was terrible and some of the food was cooked too hard to eat. Or it hd been sitting under the hot lamp intill it got hard. A 3 pice chicken nuggets was so under cooked, it made me throw up. I ordered the 6 pice but got a 3 pice. I keep ordering extra toppings and being charged for the extra. But never received them (for months). I don't know untill I get home. The baked potato's are too hard to eat. The fries have been cold, stale, and rubbery lately. I keep getting orange soda instead of orange cream soda. The window lady who doesn't talk when you ask her questions, never gets all of the order together. She served a 3 pice chicken nuggets as a 6 pack(on two occasions). Half a cup of Chilli (on two occations). On another occasion the Chilli was 2/3rd full, but was a third filled with slices of onions. I learned to not ask for onions. A cheese fry with no cheese/ cold fries. My other cheese fries makes me think they dont melt the cheese on the fries anymore. You dont often get the condiments you place an order for in the app or ask for. No plastic ware or napkins. Make sure to ask for your straw. Didn't get my two boo books ether. No one picks up the phone when you call. So be prepared to not get all your food, or it might not be all edible, it may give you food poisoning, but you will be charged for everything. Hopefully this gets better soon.
Food was ok, not the best Wendy's. I didn't receive any of my custom orders. Everything was pre-made traditional. There is no reason to customize everything in the app since this Wendy's doesn't read the custom order. Charged for a drink I didn't order or get. Didn't get my fries, again. I do DoorDash so I go to most stores in the area and This is the only chain restaurant in the area that still won’t let customers inside to order and it’s been this way since sometime in 2020. It’s August 2021. They loose more customers everyday because their drive thru moves slower than anyone else’s. I could watch a full episode of my favorite show waiting in that drive thru because apparently its really hard to serve customers in a timely fashion.
On top of that I went there to try to get breakfast at 9:20AM and they informed me that they are not open yet??? But they are supposed to serve breakfast at this location? How do you serve breakfast but aren’t open during breakfast hours??? This isn’t the first time either, this Wendy’s consistently likes being the last restaurant to open. I’m not sure if this is a management issue or a labor issue but it’s been this way for like half a year, either get it together or just close down. Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever seen. Just need to wipe the slate clean and get some fresh new workers AND management who actually know how to work and don’t act like they hate every second of their lives because Chick-fil-A (right next door) doesn’t even have to try. It’s embarrassing the quality difference between the two.
God forbid you actually have to WORK to make money. Every 5 minutes somebody’s on a smoke break or “the system is down” what a joke! They must not like making money or something idk

Read moreHonestly, where do I even start with this place? The staff here are all rude as ever and the food quality is terrible. It is pretty clear that there is a management and culture issue at this Wendy’s. Every time I’ve come here I was met by rude/aggressive employees who make it seem like you’re a burden to them. To top it off, the food I order is never prepared correctly or is disgusting due to the cold fries and/or stale buns they like to use. Even the female manager uses an aggressive tone and is very snarky and rude. One time I came to the drive through at 9PM and she said they were closed even though it says their open until 1AM. When I asked why they were closed so early she yelled, “I DON’T HAVE ANY STAFF SO I’M CLOSED!!” When I went to exit the parking lot I literally saw four employees outside by the door smoking cigarettes and looking at their phones. I’m able to look past one or two bad experiences at places I spend money at, but after all four of my experiences here being bad, I simply decided to stop coming here. It is crystal clear that the folks running this Wendy’s could care less about their customers. If you are looking for a burger place specifically, there are many better options nearby. If you’re just hungry, there’s a Chick Fil A in the same parking lot and some other great options with good customer service. The Wendy’s in Lillington is so much better.
