Fuzzy's Taco Shop — Restaurant in Sanger

Placed an online order thru the Fuzzy’s app, and selected the “delivery” option and paid 7.99 for delivery only to find out they don’t deliver. No biggie, just refund my 7.99 and I’ll go pick it up, right? Nope.

Arrived and the manager said there was nothing he could do and I needed to contact corporate. I contacted corporate and they said “if you have any issues with your online order, please contact the store “

Alright fine, I lost 8 bucks… get home, and my order is completely wrong. On top of that, my avocados were dark brown, the shrimp tasted fishy and left out, and my other tacos had maybe a pinch of meat.

I tried to explain it to the girl at the front desk, and it was like talking to a deer in headlights. She told me to contact Uber or door dash, I explained I paid for delivery thru the Fuzzy’s app, and she says “well we don’t deliver” and she just didn’t seem to understand and just stared at me..

I love Fuzzy’s, and I don’t think I’ve ever gone full Karen and left a review like this EVER but this store is a joke. All that needed to be done was cancel the order and replace it without a delivery charge. Guess that was too hard for them. I told them it’s their responsibility to co tact corporate and remove the delivery option from the app, or contact the customer and inform them they don’t deliver. I was having some insane cravings for nachos. I Drove 30 minutes just to get some nachos. I paid $1 extra for guacamole, and jalapeños. I drove 30 minutes back home. So excited to tear into this to go box and see a beautiful display of chip covered heaven. I open the to go box, and an absolute disgrace of chips and some shredded chicken looked back at me and could see nothing but disappointment on my face. I had about 3 ounces of shredded chicken, maybe 4 little pieces of jalapeños. And an "okay" amount of guacamole. When I say I almost started crying when I opened this box. I mean it. If I could leave a negative review I would. I would literally take stars off.. I deserve 2 stars just for having to eat a chicken and chips not nachos, and even having to leave this review for such a terrible meal. The menu says the shredded chicken nachos are supposed to be 1680 calories I believe? The only way that would be possible is if the tiny drizzle of the white cheese sauce is about 1000 calories per table spoon. honestly wish i could give zero stars. the lady at the register was completely unprofessional. she was extremely rude, and said some vulgar words just to entertain her family who was all sitting at the bar while she was working. she also took my receipt and handed it to her family to scan it for the "points"....i am baffled at how i was treated. she made several comments such as "im going to give you the wrong order on purpose" "there goes my tip" ect... it was as if she was just trying to embarrass me to entertain her family. this was my last and final time eating here. i waited about 30 minutes for my food which was fine in my opinion because i ordered 80$ worth of food and seemed to pay more than what it was supposed to be, but when it was done she basically threw it into my hands and shooed me away. it is important to note that more than half of my order was incorrect. i was told she was the new "manager" named "sandra" but it seems to me as if she does not care about the duties a manager should fufill none of them are to make the customer regret walking in...
