I visited this Chick-Fil-A today with my Wife. Unfortunately the visit turned out to be a bad experience. We were asked by the employee in the drive-thru to park at the front parking for our food, so we did. We waited a GOOD Xtra 15-20 minutes for our food. No Problem. My Wife and I literally waited an Xtra 5 minutes just in case. After that wait, we decided to walk-in instead to figure out why our food was taking a Much Longer time than needed. When we approached the front register, we asked the employee who was dressed different than the rest of the staff crew for our food and GUESS WHAT?.....It was actually sitting next to the utensils and wide open to cold air that was breezing thru the place. My Wife double-checked our food, and unfortunately one of our french fries were cold. So I asked the SAME employee that I would like FRESH french fries please and He hesitate for a split second, My Wife showed Him the french fries, so I repeated myself in SPANISH but He did it. Than I realized they didn't put straws in our bag, so when He returned with the french fries, I asked the employee for straws too but this time IN SPANISH because He has a Spanish Name and LOOKS FREAKING HISPANIC. KEEP IN MIND I'm Mexican-American Myself. At first He glanced at our drink's and told us we needed 2 straws. Than In Spanish I told Him "No, Give Me 4 Straw's instead of 2 Guey" (Keep In Mind, The Word "GUEY" in Spanish means Homie or Bro in English) So the next thing I know, He walks up to My Face, YEAH Literally Up To My Face and told me "I Only Speak English!" Verbally Intensed & Aggressively. Literally Right After I asked Him for the Straws in Spanish.....How are you going to get offended by another Latino calling you GUEY? You are a LATINO too GUEY. Even His Co-Worker which obviously was Latino too comes from behind me and tells me that "we don't speak like that here" What The Heck? The entire staff crew are Latinos and so are You! The "Senior Director" Lady was right there witnessing how Her Employees was behaving with a Customer for Speaking Spanish and saying GUEY. My Wife fronted the Senior Director to Address the Problem. Unfortunately this Woman wasn't being much of a Help at all regarding Her 2 Employee's. They ALL NEED to go thru TRAINING AGAIN. Instead She blew off the Situation to my Wide and told us that she'll have a word with them and offered us a free meal coupon instead of ACTUALLY FIXING the Problem. How does an Apology and a Coupon FIX YOUR Staff Member's Behavior over SPANISH...
Read moreThis place has the worst pick up section ever. I went to pick up deliveries twice and once for myself. Each time took 5-10 mins just for some one to come ask if I needed something. The worst one there is a guy in a BLUE SHIRT (supervisor right??) with glasses. Im guessing he's not supposed to help pick up people. Fine I get it. But he's standing at the mini counter that says pick up and acting super super focused on the little computer in front of him acting like I'm invisible. We stood 1 foot apart from each other and he didn't make eye contact one time to ask if I needed something. Seriously acting as if the stuff he is doing is more important that the guy standing right in front of him. The literal only thing im asking for is the acknowledgement that im waiting and his guys are working on it. I mean seriosly if my supervisor wouldn't help me a little... as a worker I'd be demoralized. Just say "hey welcome to chic fil a. You here to pick up? Ok my guys will be with you in a second." Boom. Respect is given. Amazing. The fact that he's a supervisor or something.... that's the worst part.
The cool part is he never spoke. Eventually a worker asked what I needed. And got it right away. But I waited a while until then.
And I really really never do these reviews. Im not a Karen expecting the best. But I went to 10 restaurants today. Big and small. This was the absolute worst by far. The time I waited each time on food that WAS ALREADY READY was longer than all other...
Read moreJust ordered from here(10min ago) not the happiest customer right now. I came to get my mom & Lil sis some food, when I ordered the guy standing in the drive through wasnt paying attention to me. I asked for 2 combos (1 spicy one delux w hi-C) and a soup for my mom cause she's sick and an cup of ice cause she was craving the chicken noodle soup. So that's what I got but some how he ordered me 1 regular spicy combo and 1 chicken deluxe w a fry (it doesn't make sense to not get a drink w the fry and burger in their combos because how they price it) and when I got to the front the guy gave me my stuff and I knew there was something off. Besides that he seemed like he wanted to rush me off because it was dinner time. I told him the order was wrong and he wanted to charge me for another drink instead of just giving me a coke for the misunderstanding on the order takers part and give me my cup of ice (which should be free.) I then asked him for chick fil a sauce (because you can get a chicken sandwich anywhere and that's basically the only reason I go to chick fil a) he said they ran out, I said are you serious? And he said yeeeeeah we just ran out. I find that hard to believe... any ways not happy at all.
TLDR : Don't go to this one, they will get your order wrong then rush you out after trying to charge you pointlessly for stuff that doesn't make sense and then say they ran...
