Went in on my birthday because this year the voucher wasnât showing up, the worker at the front was kind about it and helped me look on my app. The manager overheard us and swiftly perks up and goes âis it in the app? if you canât show us anything saying itâs your birthday then you canât get anythingâ. Totally understand that I need the voucher as per policy but what a disappointing reaction to get from a manager. I can tell when someoneâs energy is off and hers definitely was. She was quick to shut me down despite me having the app on my phone pulled up, my email, my date of sign up, and my valid license. Not the end of the world but this was my first and last time going back. I appreciate the other worker as she wasnât being rude about it or anything but her (assuming it was the manager) manager gave the complete opposite energy it felt like a manager on a power trip bc I didnât do anything wrong but her energy towards me was acting as if I had lol. She couldâve just said âsorry girl our policy wonât let usâ and that wouldâve been good but there was weird...
Read moreI placed an order for strawberry ice cream two days in advance, looking forward to a simple pleasure I had been craving. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was informedâwithout apology or prior noticeâthat the flavor was no longer available. While I understand that inventory can fluctuate, I was surprised and disappointed that there was no communication ahead of time, no alternative suggested, and no gesture made to acknowledge the inconvenience. It wasn't just about the missing ice creamâit was the lack of care in how the situation was handled. As a customer, I value reliability and clear communication. If a specific item cannot be fulfilled, especially one ordered in advance, I believe it's fair to expect some effort to notify the customer beforehand or to offer a suitable resolution upon arrival. I hope the business takes this feedback seriously and considers implementing a more proactive approach to customer service in the future. A simple message or heads-up could have turned this into a very...
Read moreSent cookies to a friend for delivery. They did not attempt to ring the doorbell or approach the front step. Cookies were left in the rain outside of the garage. Ants found them before my friend did. Called several times, waited about 20 minutes for someone to answer. Unable to reach anyone. Very disappointed in the lack of care or consideration for the customer AND the deserted cookies. *edit, still not able to contact anyone from Crumbl, I donât live in this particular area so I canât drive to the store and get a refund. Also, the website you posted does not work. There is no way to contact customer service. Thanks for âtryingâ. Guess I will resort to other means of getting my money back. In my own town Crumbl has been great and weâve had no issues. Must be store specific. If youâre offering a delivery service please ensure the recipient receives the goods. Or at the very least provide a way to communicate with the store so issues...
