Grid Coffee — Restaurant in Santa Ana

Ordered a large Amercano and asked for some steamed or hot milk in it. After waiting for 20 mins for my order it came with no milk...So I asked oh they forgot to put in the hot milk..I was told that he could not do that because I ordered a Amercano...and it was out of his hands??? I explain well that is what I ordered so please can you put some hot milk in my coffee he said that the guy was new and made a mistake! Not sure what the mistake was other then forgetting to add the milk which is not that big of a deal! He was going to have to charge me! Once again. I said that is what I ordered. He just looked very confused and was unable to make a command desion on a simple request! MiLK. The fact that the guy was new and made a mistake which wasn't a big deal to beigin with this employee made it a big deal by arguing with me about my order and what he couldn't do! DO BETTER! I recently visited Grid Cafe and tried several drinks: the Double Matcha and the Coconut Matcha Cloud. The matcha was incredibly smooth and full of rich flavor. All the drinks looked beautiful and tasted even better! The flavors were so vibrant, and the matcha was perfectly balanced. The staff were really friendly, and the whole cafe felt spacious and comfortable. I already want to go back — I can tell Grid Cafe is going to be one of my regular spots. I definitely recommend...
