TK Burgers — Restaurant in Santa Ana

Stopped by TK Santa Ana - my first time at this location. Walked in and placed our order. When the cook started the order, I noticed he was not wearing gloves. He touched the burger, buns, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. (This is after I observed him sneeze, touch the fridge and his pants' pockets). My coworker and I informed the cashier guy to which he responded, "he is our only cook." We told him that didn't matter, and that he still needs to wear gloves. The cashier went to tell the cook to put on gloves. The cook reluctantly put on gloves and proceeded to start a new order. The cook was upset the entire time and kept eyeballing us. I went here for lunch with my co worker for the first time, I wasn’t eating burgers at the time so I tried the grille fish sandwich an when I got it some of the fries where cold an after a few bits of the sandwich I seen pink an it was cold in the middle so I asked the guy to switch it for a regular burger when he brought it to the table he decided to tell me that if I don’t like this he won’t replace it again an will charge me full price idk what made he feel he could say that to me but when he did I told him to stop serving cold food that’s under cooked moral of the story just go t in an out it’s around the corner stay away from this over price...

Yummy! What an incredible variety of fantastic hamburgers! I feel like a fat Viking that is died and gone off to Valhalla! I've actually been to different TK burger restaurants three times this week after meeting the ownerwhile fixing his garage door at his house. I've seen TK burgers $100 of times driving around Orange county and never tried it. What a mistake I made. I can see why it's an institution.
