There was a time when this was an ok place to get a load. Not a great place but an ok place. It's a commercial bakery mostly frozen bread loads. I asked them if they were loading hot bread or if it was already cooled. They lied and told me the bread was already cooled. So I set my refer to -10. If you load hot bread and set your refer to -10 the coils on the refer will ice up and it won't freeze the load. That's of course, what happened. If they had a shred of integrity and would have been honest, I would have run the refer at 34 for an hour to cool the load. Then set it to -10 and all would have been fine. Most shipper's aren't nice or respectful to drivers but they don't usually lie.
