This place is a recent addition to the Off the Boat portfolio. We love their menu at the Tustin and South Coast locations and they’ve done a great job streamlining it to produce the same high quality food and snappy service at Kabo Kitchen. You can grab a quick and healthy meal of grilled fish and vegetables with rice, hummus, and pita in the same time it would take you to roll through a grease-bomb drive-through joint. They’ve also managed to pack a wide variety of fresh offerings into their deceptively simple menu. From falafel and gyro, to steak salads and chicken, to fish and chips, to burritos and burgers, even the pickiest member of your crew is sure to find something to love. And hey, their liquor license is on the way, so you can switch it up if you’re not in the mood for a specialty coffee or lemonade. This place is a new drive thru mexican and Mediterranean spot with very decent prices.

I know opening up a new business rn must be really tough, so I’ll give my honest opinion as a customer to possibly improve and increase business.

I ordered sirloin and was surprised to have got a beef burger patty, not sirloin steak. But I’m not picky, so I gobbled it up. It was very salty (but underseasoned with spices) and not as juicy as I’d hoped. The fries were absolutelyyy over seasoned.

But overall, the cost, quality, portion was great.

This place is awesome. The service is excellent, the atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing, and its extremely clean. The food is delicious and always tastes fresh.
