Risk of food poisoning? Check ✅ Rude employees? Check ✅ I ordered food from this place through DD and the chicken was raw. At first glance I couldn’t tell. The first bite I took was okay, but the second bite felt weird biting into. I knew something was wrong, so I checked and even the color was that of NOT fully cooked chicken. I had to toss everything out because kfc always puts everything inside the same box, biscuit, fries, even the mash potatoes, which by the way, was opened. I didn’t eat any of it. I couldn’t risk getting sick from eating anything that was in contact with that raw chicken. In the picture, you can clearly see the color of the side that is cooked, and the side that is still raw. I called the store, the first time they answered, I began to explain the issue, the employee cut me off and said “No!” and hang up on me. The second time I called, someone else answered, this time I was able to explain the issue, the employee said “let me talk to the manager”, and she too, hang up on me. I called a third time and a third person answered, again, I explained and this time she said she was the manager, she was very apologetic and said she would talk to her employees and the cooks. The reason I insisted in talking to someone, was not just to get my money back, which DD did, but I wanted to make the manager aware that in fact, that is a health risk issue. I’ll leave you with this: Chicken can be a nutritious choice, but raw chicken is often contaminated with Campylobacter bacteria and sometimes with Salmonella and Clostridium perfringens bacteria. I approached window and told employee my name and showed my order on the app. Took him about 5 minutes to come back and ask the same information again. Left again and took a while and finally brought my order.Went home only to find out not all the pieces where there. SMH called restaurant and manager couldn’t find my order in their system supposedly. It had been about 20 minutes after pick up. I told her the issue and she was like and what do you want. I said well I paid for 8 pieces of chicken and I was shorted by 2 when the order ticket says they double checked order proudly. Apparently not. Manager offered 2 pieces of chicken. Read moreWhere to start, Drive thru speaker box says it's closed and than the employee speaks over and asks for the order. You can hear the attitude thru the intercom. You go to pay and no greeting or any form of acknowledgement other than the price. If you use a Google pay or apple pay they snag your phone outta your hand. The employee I had was in her 20s with tattoos and she looked like she was miserable. I paid, kept it to myself just to wait in line for 5 minutes. Then she gave me my food and closed the window faster than she took my order. I asked for extra hot sauce and it literally made her grimace and gave me the worst mean mug look. I hope this place does something about it's customer service. It's not the first time it's happened to me here. I'll be speaking to the manager soon...
