If i could give 0 stars, I would. I placed an order in person for a custom birthday cake a week ahead of time. When I showed up the day of there was a lady asking about her cake and letting the person know that she confirm that morning and she was told it was not done yet so she continued to help when and i said I was there to pick up my cake and in a very nonchalant tone she said "oh, the lady who was supposed to do you caker hasn't showed up yet so its not made" what the hell am I suppose to do with that information? no apology, no try to make amends or any kind of solution at all so I asked for my money back and she said "sure" and gave me my money and I did proceed to asked her why I didn't get a call or something? and that is not right to do that and waste my time to drive all the way there twice for nothing and she just stared at me and said nothing so I walked away. This places it's so unorganized and poor customer service. I will give them a -0 for customer service, -0 for not analysing the needs. The older lady I'm assuming the mother or owner doesn't have the attitude to talk to her customers or ask enough questions. They sell you what they have not what the Customer wants. The younger lady chubby doesn't have a clue of how to sale, every time she has to go and ask her mom or the other ladies. I bought a Presumido cake, infornt of me where two people ahead of me, we were ignore for 10 mins. I try to get the lady's attention she made eye contact and ignore me. This place has to be the most unorganized business I have ever been too. They are also clueless and extremely rude. I have ordered 3cakes and all 3 times they have found a way to make it wrong. I don't find it odd that every time I was here there is someone else upset about something lol... I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!! No apology or discount they simply DONT CARE!! If you want to be pissed off when you pick up your cake the day of your event buy here. Also good luck finding any parking. And avoid during the day as this place is over 100 degrees inside lol.
