Pizza Trio — Restaurant in Santa Ana

Well I just got done eating my Pizza or my two slices of pizzas one was all cheese the other one was mushroom and sausage I want to tell you I was pretty surprised for the cheap price that you pay at this pizza place the pizza kind of reminds me of a mix between Caesars Pizza and Pizza Hut for some reason but to me it's better than both I really enjoyed the pizza especially at the price you pay and you can only get a large if you want a big pizza normally I get an extra large pizza normally but what can I do but again the pizza is very good definitely five star the place is like a little hole in the wall it's right off main Street so it's not hard to get to the parking is kind of weird very small for the little complex that there is but if you're lucky you'll get a spot when I was there And my pizza was ready on time to pick up I use GrubHub they had another one on there that charges you to use their service but GrubHub there's no charge if you weren't aware of that already! So this is a follow-up nothing major when I had some friends try some pizza at my house they noticed the one thing that I guess I didn't notice is that it hardly has any sauce and the next day when I try I guess it didn't really have any sauce so I guess that would be my only issues that they're very stingy with the sauce if any so if you like sauce on your pizza then beware...

Pizza and breadsticks were ok but the customer service sucks!! I had to wait about 15 min for 2 orders of breadsticks and when they finally came out the guy drops one on the floor. He then told the cashier and she said oh well just put in the other ones and give it to them like that!! At that moment he also drops some chicken wings on the floor and looks around to see who was watching. Since I was standing at the counter watching he threw the ones he dropped in the trash. So if I wasn't standing there would he have put the breadstick in my order and the wings back in the tray? Anyway when the girl gave me my order I told her about the missing breadstick and she said if I wanted it I would have to wait another 10 min for new ones. I was so frustrated with their carelessness that I told her just to forget it and they needed to be more careful with what they are doing. As I left I heard her telling the guy " see if you wouldn't have said anything she would'nt have noticed it was missing." Ugh!! I get that accidents happen but their complete disregard for my incomplete order pisses me off!! Yesterday was my 1st and last time...

Wish there was a no star button ..yeah the pizza taste good but they have the worst coustumer service...I called and ordered a Hawaiian pizza and a pepperoni pizza when I got home I got two pepperoni pizzas I called 2times and the 2 times I called they told me to take back ONE of the pizzas I took the pizza and when I arrived Janet the cashier told me she wasn't going to give me the money back or the pizza because she didn't know if we had ate the Hawaiian one and brought the pepperoni one I had to go pick up the pizza and from home which by the way I live like 8min away and give to her Janet still said she couldn't give me my money or pizza to go back tomorrow ...infront of all her coustumers she did not care to argue with me another costumer I've been a shiftless for 2 restaurants and I've never question. Coustumer like that especially for a pizza ...WORST...
