Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Santa Ana

I ordered 2 pizzas and Italian cheese bread at 5:48 p.m., and the pizzas were ready at 815, yes, 815 pm. I have to go to the restaurant 2 times. I was so annoyed but not to the employees because they did what they could with all the ordersand not enough workers. I ordered stuff crust, and there's was no "stuffed crust" in my pizza they usually good at this location, but that day was just horrible. I have to admitc that this is one of the best locations of little Caesars that make the best pizzas, I have tried Anaheim, Garden Grove, Ontario, Montclair, and Pomona. And they are not good. This location seems under staffed and not organized. Staff is polite and wants to do the right thing but somehow service and food quality is not 100%. Bread sticks most times are old and tough. Cheese pizza slightly overcooked. Staff not properly trained on food safety as an order was given to a customer. Costumer walked out the door and came back with the lid of 1 box opened slightly. Needs to get their stuff together. Found hair on my pizza. Pizza is usually burnt. Dont have their most bestest pizza ready. I saw one worker on his phone in the back. Sure they remodeled the place but they should be fixing their workers first. Learn to cook a pizza.
