FIVE âïž!!! Hereâs my story: Saturday 2/25 from 10:20-10:59AM I showed up at my local McDonalds, in line w another 20 ppl and full drive thru. I ordered via the Kiosk and waiting for my breakfast burrito meal, but GUESS WHAT they were out of burritos and no one told me until after waiting 10+ min for my meal. cancels & walks out I ONLY eat the burrito meal from McDonaldâs nothing else.
Now, I GPS the closest McDonaldâs, & keep in mind at this point itâs 10:40 (times ticking đ„Č). I arrive to the following McDees at 10:47AM and to my surprise, after waiting in line, Iâm told once again theyâre out of EVERYTHING except the biscuit (wtheck?) . I ask the employee if this is all McDonaldâs and if they could call another to ask if they had burritos, she refused and said bye good luck. đ
I run out, itâs 10:50AM and call the first McDonaldâs that pops up on my maps. A lady by the ñame Mireya answers and tells me they do have the burritos, I said thank you and starting driving. Iâm 9 minutes away to exactly arrive 10:59AM. I tried to online order and I was less than a mile away and it wouldnât let me click âIVE ARRIVEDâ therefore my order wasnât going to be made before breakfast ended.
I call again when Iâm a minute away. Mireya answers, Iâm explaining the app wonât go through and she confirmed nothingâs in their system. I kindly asked if she could help me out, and you know what she said ???? âYes no worries! What do you want just the burritos and hash browns? Come on in when you get here Iâll make sure my staff has some ready for you donât worryâ đ„Čđ„Čđ„Čđ„Čđ„Čđ„Č
I arrive and Iâm speaking w cashier I explaining Mireya said I could order my burrito meal (itâs 11:01AM) & she goes and confirms w Mireya, Mireya speaks to me confirms my order and they made my food đđđđ«¶đŒ

After ordering, the car line literally did not move an inch for 15 minutes. I had to call the restaurant to find out what was going on. The woman on the phone's response was simply "Sorry, we are doing the best we can - we are understaffed." No way to pull out of line to leave. 20 minutes (!!!) later at the window, the girl at the window says, sorry, we are out of apple pies. Then she says they have 1, not 2. Then "manager" comes out, says they have no apple pies, then says they do have 1. Then they leave, come back and say it will be another 15 minutes for apple pie!    Read moreeverytime I come here it doesnât matter how much food I order I always get 1 sauce. Just ONE! I usually like to get 2 or 3 sauces because why not?! Today I heard one of the managers telling her employee after I asked for another sauce âWell we donât have more saucesâ and she even proceeded to ask what I had ordered. Why does it matter what I order just give me the condiments that I asked for. It seems like a Managerâs problem on why they donât have enough condiments maybe they should do their inventory checks more often and give the costumers at least 2 sauces and not just one.
