McDonald's — Restaurant in Santa Ana

The address says it all... It's the McDonald's from hell... Transients surrounding the drive thru... I was flashed by someone last time I was there... Not pleasant... Moving on to the employees and management... We come here for Fast Food.... FAST...FOOD... We made our order through the drive thru to do exactly that...drive through!... They told us to pull in to the stall to wait for our food... Trust me I get it... It's not easy to deal with a lot of people and big complicated orders, however, when I pulled up to the stall it was being occupied by someone else waiting for their meal... I figured ok they're busy I understand... Went to park in the other stall it was also occupied... Found a "designated area" finally by a group of transients that had just been kicked out of the restaurant... Still waiting... Had a full conversation on the phone with my friend hung up... Still no food... Went to sip my soda...FLAT we had been waiting so long that the ice melted and watered down our drinks... Still waiting... I pulled up to the side just in case they had forgotten... No line... Need i remind you other 2 stalls are still occupied with people waiting for their orders... I turn back they get their orders as I'm parked along side the entrance... I went inside and the manager was running around like a chicken with its head cut off... Employees were chitchatting sitting on counter tops... I asked for my order and the manager responded with I'm sorry... That's fine. Where's my order? Oh it's coming right up sir... Did we get you the wrong drinks or something? She says... No the ice has melted drinks are flat... Manager: oh sorry about that... Sorry... Sorry... I told her I need to leave now please stop being sorry I just want my order it's been 30 minutes now... She gives my girlfriend a free coffee card...a free $1 coffee card?! Is that what our time is worth?! I played it cool... Got the food... FINALLY... STILL WAITING ON THE DRINKS NOW... 2 girls working on the drinks... One handing her the lids the other getting the soda... Took them almost 5 minutes for 4 drinks!!... I truly hate going to this Mickey D's for this exact reason... Management is shot... Employees are all stoned out of...

This place is garbage ,I've been coming to this location and lately they have been making a push to use the app also recently had installed kiosk too and now they have phazed out cashier's at this location and force customers to use the kiosk which I did try but I have a vision impairment which makes it difficult to see anything on bright white surfaces but aside from that it's step by step by step and takes sooooo much longer ! So One day I came into this location as I had numerous mornings and stood at the registers. I stood there 10-13 minutes or so being ignored by employees bringing out orders when I asked to order . There was an employee at the kiosk helping customers use it so I walked over and asked if they can call a cashier for me to which the reply was " we don't have cashier's anymore customers will use the kiosk but I can help " I declined and asked to be rung up normally and she told me she couldn't which I thought was odd and that she can only help customers use the kiosk . I asked for a manager to which I was told they are not in yet ... By that point the employee was visibly aggravated. I frequent a McDonald's for coffee close to where I live and they have the same kiosk but are not forcing anyone to use them . So back to the experience I had, I asked if this was all McDonald's and she flat out lied and said yes every McDonald's is doing this . Well we exchanged some choice words and I will never be going to any McDonald's ever again not only on principle but for the mere fact their prices have been hiked so high I might as well go to a real burger restaurant and be served for only a couple bucks more , look at the cheeseburger combo or big Mac combo ... Both over $11-$12 + dollars and it's so mediocre and not very big portion wise its mostly bread.. I won't miss McDonald's nor will I have an impact but at least I won't allow them...

Employees are extremely rude and wear no gloves while handling food 🤢 I was charged for eggs that I never received when I went back in to let them know the manager told the employee helping me I most likely took them out the bag ??? 🙄 they did give me some eggs because I was charged but they had bacon and meat in them ? I literally only wanted plain scrambled eggs 😭 I had to walk in because the girl at the drive through window talked to me like I was stupid I ordered pancakes with only eggs and a hash brown and she gave me attitude because she told me they were only pancakes while reading me back my oder at the window and when I told her it was supposed to have a add on of eggs and a hash brown she spoke over me and said “Yeah I know its called the hotcakes meal comes with eggs and a hash brown” she then rolled her eyes and got upset because I told her I didn’t know because she never mentioned the egg and hashbrown while reading back my order when I tried to pay with a hundred dollar bill she said “No Its too big” that was unprofessional if the location didn’t take bills over 20 she should’ve said I’m sorry we don’t have the proper change I can only expect bills below 20 at the moment so that just shows the employees aren’t properly trained when I told her if she could hold the meal while I went next door to get change she said no and rolled her eyes when I came back 2 minutes later I walked inside to reorder my meal the young man mentioned the hotcakes were only 3 pieces of pancakes no eggs or hashbrown so basically the girl at the window lied and gave me an attitude for no reason 😬 like literally if you hate your job just say that and quite there’s no reason to make your customers feel uncomfortable because you don’t like...
