Food great like always Most disappointing factor of my review is that i slipped in the women's restroom due to battery being out on hand dryer/hand towels sink area and door entry floor was really wet. I let a worker know and she looked blank she said okay nothing else not I'm sorry not I'll take care of it not any concern nor urgency for the safety issue occuring in the restroom i walked my elderly mother into the restroom so she wouldn't fall still noone did anything so about 10 mins pass by and noone cleaned the floor or at least put a wet floor sign i stopped another male worker coming out of the restroom to let him know about the wet floor he said im on break let them know and printed to the front the customer service is awful manners awful both Hispanic you are not ever supposed to respond im on break or I'm off the clock doesn't matter u are representing your company he should've said im sorry let me make sure someone gets on it not ignore me and send me to write this review as well as me walking up to the counter again letting them know that i slipped again didn't care if i fell or was hurt as she proceeded to talk about me Infront of me to her coworker and passed the guy who said he was on break and commented and stared at me as they proceed to talk about me and not doing their jobs correctly and seemed to be upset i told them to dry the floor it's very upsetting the standards of customer service please be better glad I didn't fall break my neck and this complaint isn't a law suit for neglegence I don't care for spelling /Grammer errors I are about being able to walk the next day and go to work myself to continue to afford...

The chicken didn't seem to live up to the hype. First time trying the chicken burger, the chicken is crunchy, 3 chicken strips which makes it a good size burger, the sauce is decent but simple. The sauce seems to be what everyone is banking on, taste like Ketchup with Salad Dressing mix which isn't bad. I was expecting a big punch in taste overall. Double crosscut fries was good, nice texture. Coleslaw was perfect in my opinion but that shouldn't be carrying the weight of the order. I wouldn't place it as any top contenders for Chicken Burgers.

Pros. The chicken burger is simple and it tastes healthy, nothing fatty or oily. Good crunch with each bite. I recommend exploring addition sauce option to spice up the burger. Order a side order with your meal for the adverage eater.

Covid. Orders can be made in doors but no indoor dining. Drive thru is available, long lines but the wait isnt bad, 10min tops. Out door staff with mask, servicing 2 lanes to reduce waiting period.

Entrance to Canes is a little confusing, they have barrier up to direct traffic so depending on your approach you might get stuck. Overall experience is good. 3 stars for the taste...

This rating is for this specific location. The raising Cane's on Laguna Niguel and Costa Mesa have way way better atmosphere and guest service... Who would've thunk that chicken strips would be so lucrative! Well of course the higher quality of the chicken the shortening the house Ice tea. The results: raising Cane's! This location however lacks the effervescence of the other locations. So on atmosphere and cleanliness of the overall store are below standards ( this is compared with the other locations I previously mentioned). Prices too, unfortunately are not, shall we say budget friendly. The reasons I bring this up is because a family of say, 4 would probably have a bill close to $60! So in that sense I look at it from the "head of the family's point of view". Still is a great little treat to be experienced with the entire family or friends or both. So check them out. I know this is going to be way out; but if you are able to check the Costa Mesa and/or Laguna Niguel locations please feel free to leave me a reply to see if you agree or not with my review of this Santa Ana location!! Be merry, be kind and...

We want to extend our sincere thanks to Raising Cane’s for stepping up and providing a last-minute lunch for our team during National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week. With such a large department to feed, coordinating meals can be quite a challenge—but Raising Cane’s made the process seamless and stress-free. Their team quickly prepared a generous order that covered everyone, and the food was a hit across the board. The chicken was hot, fresh, and flavorful, and the sides were exactly what we needed to round out the meal. The Texas toast, in particular, was a crowd favorite—so much so that not a single slice was left behind! This thoughtful gesture went a long way in showing appreciation for our hard-working telecommunicators, who play such a vital role in emergency response every day. It means a lot to have the support of businesses like Raising Cane’s, who recognize the importance of honoring those behind the scenes. Thank you again for your kindness and generosity. Your support helped make this celebration extra special for our team, and we truly appreciate it.

The first thing I noticed about this Cane's was the service. The service was very short and unpleasant. My cashier kept leaving the register while I was ordering to call out names, or would get interrupted before I could even order. I had to wait at the register for several minutes waiting for my drink while the cashier called out orders. I asked for a receipt and a canes club card and received neither. The restaurant itself was just a bit dirty, and had a little bit of a mop-water scent. My fries and bread were both barley warm, my fried we're excusiatingly soft, and my tenders were very small and very soggy. When paying $16 for a meal, you'd definitely expect (at the very least) good quality food.

Simple Menu, Made quickly, and Delicious if anything expect to spend around $10-$20 depending on the 4 Option (Kid Meals are available) I would recommend to head inside and enjoy the Vibrant Theme of sports while enjoying their Chicken Combo, however if you coming with a group I would say to have the Chicken sandwich since it will last a bit longer, the staff themselves while simple I would say work very efficiently both manning the Drive Thru and Indoor getting the order out within minutes My overall Experience was Pleasant and enjoyable I would recommend any one first time to come to Raising for amazing Chicken (Photo Below is Chicken Combo)
