Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Santa Ana

I should’ve read the reviews before I came here about the person who got food poisoning (see review below) and was throwing up all night. It could be possible because the woman photoed here doesn’t wear gloves. absolutely disgusting. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get a photo of her not wearing gloves, but I would not be posting this if she was. the cameras in the store though, would show her not wearing gloves but they would probably say she was or she said she washed her hands before, etc., the normal CYA bs most fast food restaurants say. This must be the norm for this location. That is my last time here and I hope I don’t get sick either. My instinct was to ask for my refund before my food was delivered, but I’m just hoping I don’t get sick but see...

just left this wienerschnitzel and not pleased with there services.. when they handed me my food, didnt ask if I needed any condiments and just walked away.. so I waited to ask for ketchup.. when she came back I told her I was just waiting to ask for ketchup.. with an attitude reached and grabbed some then she slammed them into my hand.. I'm sorry you waisted my time having me waiting for your "i hate my life" attitude, to attend me like your supposed to.. it's your job.. if you dont like it, that's not my fault.. I feel sorry for your husband and children if they have to deal with that...

This is a very well kempt Weinerschnitzel, period! The staff is well trained and always busy. You can see them cleaning windows and sweeping outside if not busy serving customers. The food comes out quickly and is always wrapped with care. (I hate when there's more chili on the wrapper than the hot dog, which means they pushed the wrapper into the chili to make it look like there's a lot of chili).
