1. Quality of Tea = A+ (huge selection, organic green & black teas with strong tea flavor (not watered down), freshest fruits, highest quality ingredients)

2. Quality of Snacks = A+ (What boba shop has a bigger selection than this? Everything's tasty too. YUM. See suggestions below.)

3. Owner & Staff = A+ (Joy, the kindest sweetest owner on the planet), goes above & beyond trying to make sure you LOVE your drink. She cares more than any owner I know. Her staff is so sweet too, including the younger staff in the evenings. The kindest grandma who works during the days also makes highest quality drinks too!

**GO-TO DRINKS: If you're looking for the best boba drinks and snacks in town, Beastea is an absolute must-visit! Every sip and bite from their menu is a burst of flavor and freshness. Their Organic Jasmine Milk Tea (w/aloe @25% sweet) is hands down one of my favorites—delicately fragrant, smooth, and perfectly sweet. For classic lovers, the Organic Milk Tea (@50% sweet) has an extremely flavorful strong tea flavor, rich and creamy without being overpowering.

**SPECIALTY DRINKS: Feeling adventurous? The Avocado Smoothie is a smooth, creamy blend of deliciousness. The Whatamelon (fresh watermelon with organic green tea) is refreshingly light and perfect for a warm day, while the Super Fruits Tea @25% sweet packs a punch of antioxidants with its delicious mix of fruits, including dragon fruit! The Kiwi Basil Tea @25% sweet is unique and tasty, balancing tart and sweet in the most refreshing way!

**SNACKS GALORE: It doesn’t stop at drinks—Beastea has a HUGE assortment of delicious, warm snacks. Their Pandan Waffle is fluffy, crispy, and the perfect bite with any of their teas. Their egg rolls are made-from-scratch and AMAZING with umami flavor and freshest ingredients. And their Popcorn Chicken, Jumbo Fried Calamari Rings, Garlic Fries, and Rocket Shrimp—crispy, flavorful, and super addictive! Esp love the fried basil leaves and garlic that comes w/their chicken, and the side dipping sauces are the bomb!

**OVERALL IMPRESSION: Every visit to Beastea feels like a treat, and I highly recommend stopping by for the full experience. Joy and her team put so much care into their creations, and it shows in every drink and dish. Can’t wait for my next visit!

**Note to Random Haters: For all those random customers who sometimes get onto Google or Yelp to massively complain that 1 drink wasn't made "perfectly," why not just ask them to remake to your taste? When businesses are super busy, "mistakes" can be made and not everyone can't be pleased 100% rt away w/their different taste buds! Out of the hundreds and hundreds of drinks my family ordered over the years, maybe 1 or 2 were made not to our tastes, but no matter what, their staff was always willing to please and remake perfectly. They are incredible. Why do you try to ruin small businesses b/c of 1 random experience with your negative reviews when they work day-in-and-day-out to bring quality to you? That's so mean-spirited! I have zero personal association w/Joy and her team, but over the years, feel protective b/c they are super amazing, sincere human beings who deeply care about QUALITY and work harder than anyone we know! Please support highest quality small businesses instead of tearing them down w/entitled mean...

Holy mother of portions.

Discovered this little hidden gem while I was on a date with someone nearby and we were looking for a place to grab dessert. Since then, I think Beastea has become a go-to for good food and boba, and the fact they're open until 10pm is a huge plus. They also offer wifi for those who want to come to work or study while enjoying their drinks. I would frequently come here with another friend for our study sessions since no other boba place with food would be open as late around the area.

The place is Viet-owned and the auntie who takes orders (I think she's also the owner of the place?) is very kind and accommodating towards customers. I think she recognized that we were frequent patrons during on of our study sessions and once offered me and my friend free samples of panda waffles. That was super sweet. They tend to take on the longer side to make drinks, but it's not too big of a deal for me personally since their drinks are always very consistent and tasty.

They have a MASSIVE collection of specialty drinks, which is amazing given the small scale of the shop, and is maybe one of the few places I found around South Bay that offers a mangonada drink. I am a huge fan of their assorted fruit drinks - but I do agree with the other reviewers that they lean on the sweeter side. 50% sweetness and regular ice seems to be the perfect sweet spot for these drinks. Their boba is a bit on the chewier side, but very nicely cooked and seasoned. Aside from their fruit teas, I would also recommend the Ube Latte - which has a nice subtle hint of ube. My friend also really enjoyed their Mangonada and Strawberry Shortcake drinks.

In terms of snacks, really generous portion that is pretty much unrivaled anywhere else given the price. Their popcorn chicken is enough to stuff you for dinner if you're hungry enough (and perfect enough to satisfy 2 people), and their fries portion can probably last you a few meals if you split them up. I really like that they leave the fried basil leaves in the popcorn chicken, which adds to the nicely spiced flavor. I have also tried their sweet potato fries (another favorite) and their fishball snacks (also good!), which were all well-seasoned. The only snack I tried that I wasn't a fan of was the calamari, which tasted slightly undercooked at the time and the batter wasn't crunchy enough to my liking. Maybe that was just a one-off.

Always up for looking for coffee especially strong coffee! Found this along the way going home on El Camino Blvd. They are in a small Plaza with a good amount of parking. The store has a few tables to sit at. The ladies behind the counter were busy but friendly.

This is the first time I’ve seen a place that offers drink flights or coffee flights to try their different flavors!! Their coffee is actually Vietnamese coffee which is strong but I love it. We ordered their four flavors - regular Vietnamese coffee, Ube Latte coffee, Pandan Coffee and flan coffee. This came with free scoop of ice cream. These were very good just for my hubby and I. I still want to try their egg coffee but they ran out.

Our daughters ordered strawberry smoothie and matcha mango milk tea. I thought it was very good as well. All drinks are 24oz. Of course, we ordered a pandan waffle to try but that took awhile to get as they were taking care of all the drink orders that came after us. There was only two ladies doing everything. The waffle was soft but thick.

I would definitely recommend this place. I wish they would post the food prices instead of all the drinks only. We will be back to get some snacks...
