The owner was very kind and knowledgeable. He showed us how to resize my engagement ring and walked us through the entire process for transparency. When I contacted other jewelers asking how long it would take to resize my rings, I was told 1-3 weeks, depending on the stores. Golden Key resized both of them within 2 hours. He provided a reasonable price for my husband's wedding band, much cheaper than we expected.
