Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Santa Clara

I came to this location due to is on my way from one job to another job,I work all day and sometimes I have to buy my food on my way, I've been on this location for about 7 times and my purchases are always over 30dlls ,from that 7 times only 1 time I had great service,I don't like to complain because I also work with customers and I totally understand that sometimes is really stressful and tired sometimes I think I got there in the wrong time when are changing shifts and the crew is ready to go home,but today they really got me to my limits,I'm used to be attended by rude personal,but this lady is above and beyond,I ordered my usual bowls,she was making my bowls so mad she was making faces the mask couldn't help her ,when she was done with the first one she proceeded to rang me up without even asked me if I was done with my other,I told her that I wanted more bowls which she just turned around and started grabbing the bowl and spoon to serve my bowl without washing her hands or changing gloves when she was already at the register,she was super mad and mumbling under breath,I told her my order and told her no salsa which she put extra this is really messed up cause I had to throw away my food it wasn't only waste of my money but my time,I ended up without break and without food ...saaaad I hope this is something personal,like maybe they don't like me and is just me and you guys are not treating your customers...

Excellent Vegetarian Meal via Chipotle Delivery

We recently ordered from Chipotle Mexican Grill through Uber Eats, and the experience exceeded our expectations. We selected vegetarian options—specifically, a burrito and a bowl—and both were absolutely satisfying.

The vegetarian burrito was loaded with fresh ingredients including rice, beans, sautéed veggies, guacamole, salsa, and cheese, all wrapped perfectly in a soft tortilla. It arrived warm and intact, with no mess or sogginess. Each bite was packed with flavor, and the portion was more than sufficient for a filling meal.

The vegetarian bowl was equally enjoyable. It was well-packed with a generous mix of fresh ingredients—perfectly cooked rice, seasoned beans, crisp vegetables, and creamy guacamole. The layering was neat, and the flavors came through beautifully.

We were very pleased with both the quality and quantity of the food. Despite it being a delivery order, everything was fresh, well-prepared, and arrived on time. The packaging was secure and eco-friendly, and there was no compromise in taste or presentation.

arrived at 9:08pm tonight, was ignored for a good 5 minutes by the young kid cleaning the food area. a lady came out from the back and didn’t greet us, just said they are only taking online orders. and walked away. my wife asked why can’t we order while we are there. she said because they are short handed. there ended up being 4 different people in there that we were able to see.

here goes the issues. the kid that was cleaning was spraying cleaner around the food vs removing the food and cleaning. the lady took her time and was rude to whoever that walked in. ignoring most. or just saying out loud that they are taking online orders only. most of the items were not available per the lady. we got our online order submitted at 9:16. we didn’t get our 2 burritos and bowl until 9:44pm. the app said our order would be ready at 9:30pm. at 9:30, the app said the food was ready for pickup. but it clearly was not as we sat there watching the one lady make all the orders.

we are done with location. too bad chipotle don’t care about their customers. at least this...
