I have ordered: "Guacamole Kids Quesadilla". I picked it up and it was on time. This time, no delay. However, when I looked into the bag, the chocolate milk and chips were missing. Typically, I dont bother to look into it, as i expect it would be accurate. However, I got hit twice earlier. I went home to only realize that chocolate milk is missing. Then I had to drive back to pick it up. So, this time i checked at the store and realized these missing items. Once i pointed it out, they have given me the chips and milk. Now, when i come home and when my daughter opens her meal, she has a tortilla ( not Quesadilla). There is no Guacamole. Have attached the picture of the order and what was in the bag. At that point it was already late and was frustrated enough. I didn't have any more patience to drive back to the store. But all the last 3 orders have had issues with the accuracy of the order. And 1 of the 3 last orders were very much delayed.
update 12/22/2020: I have ordered today again. This time: I asked the person is everything done and put in the bag. He was confident and said yes. Then right in front of him, i opened the bag. Yes you guessed it right. there was a missing item. It is the chocolate milk missing.
The food is fine and no chipotle near by. So, I may go back and order. But, every time I am going to check it right there. This is another reason, why i go and pickup rather than ordering on Uber eats or similar service.
update: 3/22/21: Repeat of the same experience when i ordered last week. milk and chips on the kid meal were missing. Now that i am aware of these issues, I check before I pick. Read moreSo I was here tonight for my dinner. At first I was enjoying the good then suddenly a plastic was IN my food. I almost took a bite. Good thing I looked first before I put it in my mouth. This just RUINED my dinner. I went to the cashier wanting to talk to the manager. The cashier name Veronica with tats on both hands state why? So I reiterate my question, I want to talk to the manager? Finally, Veronica called the manger, she came out and was apologetic and stated "will return your money". She asked for my receipt and I gave it to her. My receipt stated I paid CASH. Veronica on the other hand did not want to give my CASH back. She asked for my CREDIT CARD, and I said why do you want my CREDIT CARD. I PAID CASH. Veronica asked me the second time for my CREDIT CARD. Why would I want to give my CREDIT CARD. I believe she is trying to CHEAT or STEAL from me. Chipotle was in the news 3x DUE to E Coli infection and contamination of food in California alone. Read moreI usually try not to be that guy and write reviews, but as someone who used to be a service manager it's pretty sad to see how the quality for Chipotle has gone down overall.
The lobby: As you see from my photos the lobby was a mess as I sat and ate my food. I sat here for about 15-20 mins during non peak hours(it's 4:30) to see if the cashier or manager would clean and tidy up. They could be using this time to restock, clean, and getting ready for the dinner rush.
The food: Chipotle is pretty consistent. You really can't mess up the recipes too much, but the chicken and guac was missing salt.
The bathroom: The pictures tell the story.
The employees: Youthful and friendly, but yet seemed tired and annoyed.
Like I said previously it's pretty sad seeing a company that I used to enjoy eating at and love working at digging it's own grave. It's not just this location, but all Chipotle locations I have been to in the previous months. Hopefully they can find the root of their downfall and turn...
