MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Santa Clara

I love this place, I typically don’t go to this location and probably won’t again nor do I hardly ever leave reviews especially unpleasant ones; I’m a general manager my self and can excuse slight attitude when it come to difficult customers so I’m partial however I was not one ounce of difficult. There was a women working on 4/25/24 around 1pm, I simply and kindly asked for side sauces once my pizza was done, and she said next time ask before, the person who was helping me create the pizza did not ask; she may had been referring to the pesto I added to my pizza (the one who was helping me) did ask if I wanted it before or after. She did not mention anything about side sauces. So politically she did not ask at all but I didn’t feel like arguing. I then told the one with attitude she didn’t ask me and she replied with I heard her. Whatever that part is minor, the thing is that’s not how you approach a simple request. If I had been difficult prior then maybe I deserve the sass. And if it’s that big of a deal to you then add a sign that might be more helpful?!

To the girl: Life is not that serious and a request like that really doesn’t validate sass maybe you’re not grown enough to understand that yet. Either way you seem like you have a ugly attitude. My family had a first class experience at this location with superb service from Will and Josh.

We enjoyed a custom pizza with the works made to our satisfaction by Will. He pleasantly and patiently accommodated our wild requests and served up a pizza just how we liked it- packed with fresh, quality toppings and well done to a crisp perfection.

Josh helped us get things squared away at the oven and on the check out he made sure to lend a listening ear as my partner expressed his love for MOD from city to city. We are long time supporters of this brand and often prioritize the chain as a quality dining option for our young family.

This is an exemplary location featuring a neat, clean space with great musical selection and perfect mood lighting all creating the perfect ambiance for a family/homies outing or cute little date night. With the Well-kept location, quality food and stellar customer service, What more can we ask for? I highly recommend a visit to this MOD location in Santa Clara, CA for the classic MOD experience- all around excellence!

Worst place to order your meal. Lady with tattoos who was there to deliver pickup orders intentionally lied and said pizza is in oven. I have to wait for another 15 minutes after pickup time. People after me took their orders before me.She was standing there and making faces and staring. Once she went inside the other guy said your order was ready long before why didn't she give it you. I said I don't know. I could feel pizza was completely cold because it was lying there from long time. After having such worst experience at counter when I tried to have pizza there was no cheese on it. Can you imagine any pizza without cheese? Than I checked my order and can see I checked cheese but saw pizza without cheese. I would rate them worst as have issues with quality of service and quality of pizza too.
