I used to frequent this particular location from time to time a few years ago until the "GM's" attitude took a turn for the worse. This woman always seems like she's stressed out about something with her dry personality.
I stopped in on May 19, 2023 after being MIA from this place for quite sometime, thinking maybe she no longer works there or maybe she'll be in a better mood since it's been a few years since I've been to this location...boy was I wrong...SHE WAS WORSE OFF THAN BEFORE!!🙄
I usually frequent another Panera Bread in another city but I happen to be closest to this one so I stopped in to order some soft boiled eggs which are priced at $2.50 for two eggs which is fine but I only wanted ONE egg in which other locations have kindly served to me and charged $1.30 for the one egg and sometimes $1.00 for a total of $1.08...good managers know how to take care of their customers so that they will return but this woman "went off the deep end" talkin' about no you will need to buy 2 eggs not one. Then she rudely added that she will only charge me for the one egg THIS ONE TIME but next time she will charge $2.50.Then she "busted out' with, "I GOTCHU" 🤣 Woman, please! 🤣 First of all, any good manager who possesses good leadership skills doesn't need to try hard to impress her workers by talking slang in front of them as well as in front of other customers...so uncalled for and extremely unprofessional! Second, don't feel you are doing me any favors by telling me you'd only charge me for the ONE egg this time around when you yourself need to work on your people skills. The young man who initially assisted me was more professional than you could ever be! 😡
I really hope this woman finds it in her heart to at least smile once in awhile and leave the bad attitude outside...until then, this particular locatiom will most likely continue to experience a high turn over rate in addition to losing more customers.
P.S...There won't be a NEXT TIME for me...I will never refer anyone to this location so long as she's still...
Read moreThis place really deserves no star at all, I being a professional, having attended the best culinary school around and working/cooking for one of of the best restaurants in the area, am really disappointed with the service and staff at this location, to begin there was no one at the front counter , a woman came back to make a complaint as we stood there and after 5 minutes of no one coming out to greet is she took off angry, after we got attended we walked over to get our drinks and noticed some of the line cooks in the back coming in and out of the kitchen with no hairnet and no hat on the line wrapping sandwiches and other foods togo.. Also the GM has a nice attitude but needs better training on the bagel slicer because since it looks like the bagel was a bit to thick it did not slide all the way and she stuck her hand in to push it down.. As a manager in my past and present experience I've learned many things especially to lead by example.. The last thing was that we noticed the coffees were all expired from 2 hours ago and I know this because I know how to ready the machines and the filters .. Also the line cooks should not be coming out to the seating area with a dirty apron to sit down and eat next to customers especially making a mess and dripping clam chowder all over herself... Presentation and customer service .. The GM should really be overlooking the restaurant as well as the supervisor on shift and not have both of them at the register the...
Read moreThis is the worse branch and service I have ever experienced. When I came in they took forever to take my order even though I was the only one on the line and the person taking the order had an attitude, then my food took so long to come out. People that came after me got that order. I was still waiting for an extra 30mins plus to get my order. Then the manager told me they made the wrong sandwich they are remaking it. At this point the order should be on the house! I waited more time and when the order finally came out the sandwich WAS THE WRONG BREAD! I told the manager hey this sandwich is the wrong bread, she said we’ve run out of the correct bread didn’t the guy that took your order tell you. I said no he didn’t because he didn’t!! She then looked at me with and attitude and raised her voice, saying WHAT DO YOU WANNA DO WHAT DO YOU WANNA DO! DO YOU WANT A REFUND. I said I want a refund. She took both the bread and salad back even though I didn’t ask to refund the salad. She took the bad was like meet me in front gave me a refund and just left.
