CRUST Sourdough Deli (Santa Clara) — Restaurant in Santa Clara

Came by with my sister for a Monday lunch!

I ordered the pastrami sandwich, and my sister ordered the genoa salami sandwich. Staff was extremely friendly. Went through the menu quickly with us and recommended certain items that were popular. We were also offered coffee and bottled water on the house!

Really enjoyed the sandwich. They are filling. Bread is made perfectly, and topping are all fresh. Normally, not the biggest fan of sourdough bread...but CRUST will completely change your point of view. Sandwiches were made pretty quickly. My sister noticed a good point...the pastrami meat is cut up, which makes it easier and less messy to eat!

Seems like a very new location, as the inside dining area is extremely spacious and comfortable.

Parking can be a bit difficult. We opted to park in the parking structure nearby.

CRUST is one of the best in the South Bay! Excited to add them to my list as one of my favorite...

Insanely good bread. I stopped here randomly on my way to clinic. Definitely the most expensive pastrami sandwich I ever had but it was very very good. The meat was fantastic, not too salty and not that fatty. The bread is fresh out of the oven and melts in your mouth after a gentle crunch. No squeezing out of toppings. They know sandwiches. Too expensive to return but boy was...

Overall, it's a good place to grab a quick bite with super fast service and relaxing ambiance. I just wish that they could add more healthier options like organic spreads with no transfats, etc.. Also it would be good if they could provide information about the calories for all their sandwiches. Also, it would be nice if they could also offer hot tea options to the...
