I must say I was a bit disappointed with our first and last visit to "Teriyaki Madness". Our daughter wanted Teriyaki steak, and the wife remembered seeing this place off of San Thomas expressway. The inside was nice. The place was a little busy. We ordered the Salmon Plate (Large). I asked for the Teriyaki on the side. My daughters ordered a large Teriyaki Steak and Chicken Teriyaki with Yakisoba noodles and Crab Ragoons. What a disappointment. The Salmon plate had some Teriyaki sauce on it, the Salmon was dry and had a salty fishy taste. The Crab Ragoons were in a tiny taco form (like at Jack in the box), I was expecting the normal Crab Ragoons. I will say that the Crab Ragoons were ok, we ate all 6 of them... The Fried rice (extra cost) with the Salmon Plate was very plane and dry. My thought, I don't mind paying more for good food. The bill came out to $75.00 for three (3) orders plus the Crab Ragoons and upgrade for fried rice. I was disappointed, we will never go to eat at this place ever again. Check out the pictures.

We got the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl and Salmon Bowl. The base prices are reasonable but I would not classify them as cheap. The taste of the food was great, and reasonable portions for the regular size option, albeit a bit more meat would have been better. One major complaint we had was the washroom was covered in poop (see pictures). This is the main reason why the rating is lower than it should be. Some minor complaints are that even after requesting to eat Dine-In instead of Take-Out, we got our order in a plastic bag with the food in takeout style plastic containers. Another complaint is charging extra for things like Spicy and Extra-Spicy comes across as penny pinching. The tables have spicy chili sauce to add spicy anyways.

Quite unimpressive - felt like I was having food served by some office catering service. Had read good reviews so decided to try the halal items (which is commendable) but didn’t really enjoy. Got the following: - spicy chicken teriyaki which was sadly very non spicy (think 4 out of 10) and I had to add extra hot sauce. Also the vegetables on the side were just grated carrots, cucumber and cabbage. For the price, I expected some edamame, capsicum and some peas. Got some soya sauce on the side. -chicken teriyaki was ok - quite mild. The noodles were good but lacking spice. Wish they could Atleast have served some cool sauces with the food. You have to pay extra to get their ā€œmad sauceā€.

DON'T EAT HERE! LONG AZZ WAIT TIME for PLAIN FOOD!

I had a TERRIBLE experience at this store today. We put in for a pick-up Order to be picked up at 1145am today, we got there at 1150am. We didn't receive our order until 1239pm. The employees are rude and did not know how to prioritize orders (HELLO time mgmt). In fact, I asked to speak to a manager several times and the employees in the front said they the manager is busy. Multiple people got their order before us and multiple people were complaining. After SEVERAL times of asking where my order was the two girls working in the front continued to reassure me its coming, and even after my constant asking, they still reassured me its coming AFTER almost 1 hour of waiting. THIS IS NOT GOOD SERVICE!!! IF SOMEONE IS ANGRY AND IS WAITING YOU DON'T MAKE THEM WAIT LONGER AND KEEP ON SAYING ITS COMING! AND YOU DON'T TELL THEM THE MANAGER IS BUSY AFTER ASKING MULTIPLE TIME TO SPEAK TO A MGR! THIS IS A BAD STORE WITH BAD HORRIBLE SERVICE. TO THE STAFF: Please TRAIN your employees and those that represent your company that they need to do better processes for putting in orders in a timely manner, IF it was ordered earlier, take care of THAT first. I KNOW THIS isn't fast food, but it isn't a sit-down restaurant either with a full-blown gourmet kitchen. Waiting 1 hour for service is not acceptable. I will continue to put this on my endless...

The WORST customer service!! After having issues with their website and calling them to try to get it resolved, which they were no help at all, I placed a corporate lunch delivery order with them online. After I placed the order, I called them to let them know, and they confirmed that my order would be received by me at the time I requested. They failed to mention to me that they use a third-party to deliver their online orders. I got a notification on my phone. I called them because the notification made it clear that my order was not going to arrive on time. When I called them to ask about this, they told me to call DoorDash. Well actually, it turns out that they used Uber eats for the order, and they told me that there was nothing they could do to help me. That my food had been sitting there for a while and they were just waiting for the driver to come and pick it up but that he had another order as well. They stated that if I have issues, I need to call DoorDash. I told them that they placed it through Uber eats. They told me I have to call Uber eats. So our lunch order today was 50 minutes late. If this restaurant cannot confirm or guarantee a specific delivery time then they should not make that commitment or promise to their customers. I will never do business with this garbage...
