Bambu Desserts Drinks — Restaurant in Santa Clara

Today is a hot day so I stopped by for some drink. The drinks were fine, but my waffle was burnt. When I walked in the cashier's who also makes the drinks was texting on her phone in front of the register. I was trying to look at the menu and she keeps rushing me. I ordered two drink and a waffle. When my order was done, she placed the drink in a bag and forgot to give me the waffle. Another customer was waiting to order. She rushed to get the waffle place it in a plastic container and hand it to me. I put inside the bag and drive home..For my surprise, THE WAFFLE WAS BURNED AND SMELLS BURNED. I COULD EAT IT. I love going to that place, but the CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTENTION YO FOOD...

I recently stopped by Bambu and ordered a matcha milk tea with boba—no added sweetener—and was pleasantly surprised by how satisfying it was. The matcha flavor came through beautifully, rich and earthy with a naturally sweet and creamy profile that didn’t need any extra sugar.

The balance of ice and boba was spot on—just the way I like it. The boba had a nice chew without being overly firm or mushy, and the drink stayed smooth and refreshing throughout. While not quite a perfect five, it was an excellent experience overall and definitely worth a return visit.

This place is amazing! I was greatly service by a very friendly staff name Mihn. He help my family and I figure out what drinks to get for the day. We got the Dragon fruit teas and Mangonadas.
