I wanted to take the time to write a review for this particular Starbucks. I come to this Starbucks often and almost on a daily basis before driving home from work. The reason why I am writing a review is for the young man who is employed there. I work as a security officer during the graveyard shift and recently had a really bad night with someone who lives, where I work. Anyways, that morning I came to the Starbucks to get a coffee so I could stay awake to drive home and one of the Starbucks employees paid for my coffee with no hesitation. I was absolutely blown away by the kindness of this employee, being that I am usually the one who does things for people and do not ask for anything in return. I literally wanted to cry when he paid for my coffee and made my morning turn around. The next morning I came in again and this time he paid for my coffee again and I paid for my bagel, which he wrote "have a wonderful day". Nobody has ever been so kind to me and I really appreciated the kindness from this employee. I actually saved the bagel wrapper just because it was so nice! Today, I specifically went to Starbucks to see if he was working and when I walked in, the employee had a big smile on his face and waved. I seen that he had a headset on and seemed busy so I was unable to personally thank or tip him. I told the guy at the register that the $20 tip was for the guy with the headset. The guy At the cash register seems to forget things so, I really hope he did not forget to tell the other employee. Honestly, if I had more money to give I totally wouldn't hesitate to tip him more just because of those two days. I was going through a rough few days and I was so thankful. This Starbucks will be my favorite, because of this employee. I do not know his name but I'll be sure to check his name tag next time and update this review. Further, if anyone in the area wants to grab a coffee with great customer service, DEFINITELY come here! Places need more employees like him! Read moreA group of 4 came in with two large dogs - I said something to the manager, she hesitantly said said dogs (other than those of service) are not allowed in. I'd bet money they weren't service dogs, but regardless, the manager (younger lady) not only didn't go over and say anything, she disappeared into the back for (at least 10 minutes - I finally left).
I know it's an awkward thing to do, but I don't think it too much to ask for Starbucks representatives to enforce the rules Starbucks has set. Sure, there might only be one of me and not as big a spender as what 4 probably are - but I don't think money should be a reason to not keep the environment up to the standard they themselves set - and if I can't trust them...
To make things worse, after fighting with the Starbucks website (they seem to make it very difficult to contact them) to get to a page to be able to leave feedback concerning the store environment, that didn't work either.. (see image), Despite this Starbucks being at this location for at least 5 years (since I've been here) it apparently isn't registered (see image). I don't want to pull the NASA software engineer card, but it shouldn't take one to get the site working correctly (I thought it would have been fixed by now as I went through a crazy process to leave some store feedback several months ago).
It's irritating, I only recently started coming back due to other Starbucks screw ups (database issue erasing my SB cards and taking 6 months to fix it). And again Starbucks drops the ball..I would have never thought they'd make it so hard to actually leave internal feedback (hence...

Decided to make a stop at Starbucks before going to work & so happy i did! Got to the drive-thru order intercom and was greeted by the best "Good Morning" greeting. Made an order for my coworkers and I which JEFFERY made so much easier for me with his suggestions and questions confirming the tad little customized requests for each drink. Made me think he really does care about our coffee needs this morning and he really made me realize he loves what he does :) Was making my way to the pickup window and got a text from my coworker stating she wants to cancel which was too late because I had already ordered it and already knew they were working on it. Got to the window and was greeted by the biggest smile ever from JEFFERY :) i told him right away that my coworker cancelled her drink and he told me its ok, he will handle it. Had a bit of a bad morning but turned out really good after having experience the best customer service. Thank you JEFFERY ! Really appreciate your kindness and awesome customer service this morning, it was really what i needed to get my day started off right. thank you ! will definitely be stopping by more often....
