I wish I can give this place a zero star they were really rude 3/24 @630pm we r from out of town was really craving a corn in a cup with extra mayo and extra Parmesan cheese but I guess she didn’t clearly understand corn in a cup when I was pointing to the cup she was really trying to put it in a hot Cheeto bag but I wanted a regular one with just mayo and butter and Parmesan cheese but extra and my fiance the same but add takis powder on top but they didn’t they said very rude we don’t do that every other place we been to has done it but she didn’t want to she didn’t even give me my extra mayo and Parmesan so I had the bottom on the corn plain and get the register and she tells me next time u order and she told me the right way to say it but I don’t understand why I couldn’t say it the way I wanted to everyone else understands it but overall she was just very rude will never come back here i hope these workers can check there attitude bc it did not make me feel welcome at all and also I think it’s very unsanitary that when there making stuff there not...

On Sunday, my daughter and her friends visited the establishment to purchase a treat. My daughter had purchased a water and promptly realized that she had been charged incorrectly. She promptly notified the other employee about the error. Subsequently, my daughter informed the young cashier about the mistake, who promptly apologized. However, the other employee quickly approached the young cashier and began reprimanding her about her mistake in front of my daughter and her friends. My daughter and her friends found the situation amusing because they were unsure how to respond. I believe her name is Mary. I am uncertain whether she is a manager or lead, but it is inappropriate for her to address the cashiers in such a manner. This behavior not only reflects poorly on the business but also undermines the importance of teaching employees to treat each other...

My 1st time experience was not as great. I waited 25 min for 2 raspados and they didn’t even have the flavor I asked for but the employee waited to tell me after a while. Then, they gave me a flavor that was clearly running out so it tasted like water. They also waited to make my order and there were no customers at the time. Really bad customer service, im very disappointed.

Edit: this is my reply to the owner, yes it was this location on May 6th around 6:30-7pm. I ended up getting fresas con crema instead of the raspados...
