I ordered a catering tray of 200 chicken nuggets on Thursday Jan 11 that I set to pick up on Saturday Jan 13.at 12:15-12:30pm. I arrive at 12:30pm with my confirmation email ready but the employee said that my order was not in the system. She questioned us regarding if it was the correct date, correct location, and so on. She even pointed at my order date of 1/11/2024 and said that it's the wrong day to pickup. But we were quick to point out that that's the order date, not the pickup date. The pickup date was correct. Everything was correct but they didn't have my order on their end. She said either the order wasn't placed or someone accidentally cancelled the order. On the day of pickup, I never got a follow-up email saying the order was ready so it makes sense that they didn't have it in their system. I was expected to be serviced with kindness but I felt like the employee was annoyed to be dealing with my situation so I got even more stressed, because I had to return to a party with food that was taking way longer than expected. For some reason the vibe of this incident made me feel like I was in the wrong so I even apologized that she had to deal with this during lunch rush hour. I tried asking for a discount because none of this was my fault, but the employee said I have to pay the full $129. However, she gave some meal coupons that I can use in the future. But if I hadn't asked, I believe she wouldn't have offered at all. It took around 30 minutes to get this sorted and to get my order. Overall, Chickfila please fix your app and your ordering system. The employees are very professional, friendly & efficient which help the lines move very quickly. They always ask for my name & give me a menu to take my order even though I already know what I want. They call my name at the pick up window when my order is ready. Chick-fil-A gets 2 thumbs up for OUTSTANDING customer service from the start with the greeting to the finish with the order.
Chicken Sandwiches are made with real chicken breast & juicier than I expected. The large fresh fruit cup are my favorite healthy snacks! The fresh squeezed lemonade is very good & clearly has pulp in it. The grilled nuggets are also my favorite. My son loves the chicken wrap & spicy chicken sandwich because they are flavorful & also juicy.
The crisscut fries are unseasoned!!! Yes! No salt at all just the way that I like my fries so I can dunk them in the sauces. My favorites are the Chick-fil-A sauce & honey mustard it really brings out the taste of the chicken & flavor my fries very nicely.
All and all... the taste was great & customer service is awesome. That just keeps me coming back. My kids love love love the Chicken Sandwich and I love customer service. I will continue to return to this location on...
Read morePlaced an order at 3:55 pm on feb. 24 at the Valencia town center location, came into the restaurant to pick up my order after the app notified me of its completion, was told my order was in the cubbies it was not so I spoke to an employee, employee grabbed the manager named Elena or Alena, she told my husband that she did not have our order and walked away immediately, I asked multiple employees for her to please speak to us because at that point It had been 20 minutes and we had no food and no update no solution no communication. I asked the very nice cashier if I could please speak to her because at that point we were very confused. He let her know that we wanted to speak to her and she walked away from him to speak to a different customer and then avoided us again, after I spoke to her she lied to our faces and said she didn't speak to us ONCE and had no clue who we were or what we were talking about. her lack of professionalism or assistance it makes me wonder how a place who grounds itself on good values hires a person like her to represent this restaurant.
