We arrived around 10:50pm. So this review is biased to the time and service. Didn't get to eat.

The place was jammed packed. Good vibes. Music playing, lights were dimmed.

Yet, as our first time there. We had no idea where to go! No direction to the place. Eventually I walked us to the tables, asked the waitress where we can sit for food and she said anywhere.

We waited for someone to take our order. 15 minutes past so we stopped someone to ask about our waiter. He said food orders stopped at 11:00pm.

We were there prior.to but no one attended us. He said sorry , we are busy but the bar will gladly take your drink order. My husband and I were so disappointed (and hungry) we left.

My measured Satisfaction it’s based on time and money! also the most Important thing is the service I receive! This is my 3rd time visiting Black and Blue and I have been in the Restaurant business for over 30 years, the staff at black and blue do something Different and that is Smile and appreciate customers from the first eye contact! so I call that the “NAGNET AFFECT”! Because There is so many choices for us to pick from based on Service and food quality! After you’re Experience at black and blue you will feel the Magnet affect and that is the Way you get Treated and the Appreciation from the staff will gravitate you beck for more and more! We had a great experience at Black and Blue! A girlfriend and I wanted to catch up and have some snacks. It was Happy Hour (Sun-Wed 4-7pm & 10-close & Thur-Fri 4-7pm & Sat 4-6pm) when we came which worked out great for us. There was no wait when we came on a Wednesday night.

We ordered a few Lagunitas and appetizers. The fried calamari and Black n blue pedals (cut up onion rings) were delicious with the beers. Our server was awesome and attenitive to us.

There's also a bunch of TVs around showing sports and music videos from what the DJ is playing. Yep, they have a live DJ there. He was playing 80s & 90s pop music when we were there.
