The best part of Billy Beez...the slides are so much fun! We all leave exhausted. We have come here off and on throughout the years, but this visit left us with such a sour taste in our mouths. At check in, we were charged $2.99 per child for a pair of Billy Beez socks. We were not asked, nor were we informed about this change of policy. The lady at the register tried to sneak the fee in. Another policy change that I was only aware of due to reading reviews is their in/out policy. At our last visit (pre-covid), you were able to come in and out on the same day. Nowhere does it state this policy change. The kids have to wear the Billy Beez non slip socks for their safety we were told, but that was the only part of safety they cared about. The mats at the bottom of the slide are no longer velcro to the ground. I witnessed multiple parents walking around pushing the mats back in place. I watched multiple kids land on the concrete floor where the mats should have been. The bathrooms were DISGUSTING. My 10 year old son attempted to go to the bathroom and refused. In the women's restroom, there was a soap dispenser on the floor. The paper towel dispensers are broken. The paper towel roll is sitting on the counter. The floors are filthy. Both the sinks and the toilets have a ring around them. It has to be at least a month since the bathrooms were cleaned. The playspace does not get cleaned on a regular basis. You can see marks and stains on the pads. The top of the equipment has a thick layer of dust. The balls are gone from the area where you can shoot balls up onto the second level. I have NEVER seen Billy Beez in such disrepair. Every other visit to Billy Beez, we have felt fine with our kids running around on their own because the staff was everywhere monitoring things. Not today. We did not see a single staff member wandering around. We witnessed a group of 5 or so kids repeatedly running up the lava slide while kids are trying to ride down. Kids shoving their way around other kids. I can only hope that Billy Beez is under new management and they are still trying to figure things out. I feel like Billy Beez has become a way to make money instead of a fun, safe place for kids to go. Unless some changes take place, this was our last visit...
Read morePlace is mid. At least for adults. Is it expensive 🫰... Kinda if you have a few adults that's gonna sit around yes it's expensive because each adult is charged a fee up entry.
For kids, The place is great and of course they will have fun. Judging by the other reviews and the space here I don't think I would recommend having a party here. The staff belongs at a red zone or hot topic slightly melodramatic and seemingly out of place but it's okay I get this isn't a Disneyland. Customer service seems like it could use a little work.
They charge you for the socks. So bring them back next time if you come back so you won't be charged again. The staff obviously will fail to tell you that.
Also raw steel pipe near entry way needs some caps. It seems like it's deburred but why leave raw tube there without 1.5 in caps? If it was my facility I would have the tubing powder coated and capped. Seems like an after thought.
The womens bathroom was very dirty and needed some maintenance. They also don't give out cups. For example if you purchase a water bottle they won't give you a cup with it. Ie you wanted to share or split the bottle for adult and kids or possibly your child isn't good holding the water bottle but can drink out the cup better.
Jasmine was a little rude she stuck out creating a poor experience. This place is more affordable imo then the tramblone park locations that only provide half the location with a limited time. If I remember correctly it's 25.00 for 1.5 hours at the indoor trampoline place.
Billy beez did not have time limit at this time. Would I come back... Maybe. But probably one adult and kids. It's to expensive to bring extra adult family with you that's gonna sit around and not do anything but talk. They do have TVs by the food area but they are not on. Maybe they are party use only?
Also the staff has a guest pop up on the TVs for the menus so you cant see the menus on the TVs. Kinda makes...
