Cunchy's Fruit — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

Went there today. The girl at the register, I told her it is my first time there and explained her I have allergies and wanted to know if they used real fruit and if there is any dairy or gluten in shaved ice. Also told her to make sure there was enough syrup in my mango shaved ice. She explained to me in detail. I paid cash and got a little paper with numbers on it. When the number was called I went and the girl who was at register helped me, I showed her the piece of paper and she gave me my mango shaved ice. We sat down to eat and realized that I need a paper napkin so went back and was waiting for someone to help me. While I was waiting, Again my number was called and I told the person who called my number that I already received my ice, I just need paper napkin. She became rude and said you did not give the piece of paper so I made again. I told her the girl at the register saw the paper and she gave me my shaved ice. I was not told to give back the piece of paper or she never took the piece of paper from me but it was made out to be my fault that she had to make it again.The girl at the register and the other girl were talking. We finally sat down. Ate a bite and it was so bland, no taste at all. I went back again and asked for syrup from the girl who took my order. She saw me and told me to wait, and she rang up two customers, till then I waited and then she went and got it in the little cup. While giving it to me, she told me that we usually do not give this, you only get it this time. Her attitude totally changed. I told her you should try it, it is bland and you are not doing me a favour. She became more rude and kept on saying thank you bye, thank you, bye. Bad experience over all. The excitement and mood to try it at a new place was replaced by leaving the shop instead of sitting there and rejoicing my shaved ice. Also there were hard large chunks of ice which would not even break with the plastic spoon which was in there. So, no papernapkin, not enough syrup, bad customer service ruined the...

Just moved to the area recently and oh my gosh, this place is a blessing!! I’ve always loved Agua frescas but this place offers so much more. They make authentic candy (which is to die for!!) and have so many food options to choose from. I make it a point to come every week because its just so good. Everything I’ve had from here has been amazing, 10/10 a MUST try!! The employees are so helpful and this is a lovely small business...

Why don't more people rave about this place!?!? The aguas frescas were what drew me in (they're always at the CHS football games and are to die for), but they have like 60 homemade ice creams that are soooo amazing!
