Description of the situation: Rude initial service: Upon arrival, the employee was rude from the start, without offering a proper welcome. Delay in taking the order: After being seated, it took a long time for the employee to come and take the order. Priority given to other customers: She attended to people who arrived after us before taking our order. Confusion with the menu: When placing the order, the employee showed a lack of knowledge about the menu and the options the customer was used to ordering. Mistakes with the food: The order was wrong several times, including scrambled eggs instead of the requested sunny-side-up eggs and a change from hash browns to skin potatoes without prior notice. Lack of continuous attention: Throughout the entire time spent at the restaurant (around 50 minutes to an hour), the employee never offered coffee, did not provide a coffee refill, and never asked if we needed anything, despite the restaurant not being very busy (approximately six occupied tables). Abrupt departure: Due to the lack of attention and the constant mistakes, we decided to leave.
No air conditioner. The place is so hot, bad for costumers but also sucks for the employees.
Conclusion: The experience was unsatisfactory due to the lack of service, professionalism and repeated errors by the employee Fátima. Read moreI like to give places, more than one opportunity, before I give bad reviews. After my second trip to the restaurant, I will not be going back. On my first visit, food was subpar. My hasbrowns we're over cooked, my daughters were under cooked. Toast was burnt and we ordered biscuits and gravy. They were dry even with gravy on them. Service was not great, had to search them out for refills. But staff is friendly. Second visit wasn't any better. Waited over an hour for food and it was not worth it. Took my son for his Birthday. He wanted the free Grand Slam. Well you have to download the app. for a coupon. Downloaded the app, no coupon. Only 6 customers, and had to ask multiple times for refills, sugar, napkins. Ask a waitress for napkins, they were right next to her, but instead of handing them to my son, she called our waitress to give them to us. It was right next to her. Pot roast sandwich was nasty, ranch had no taste, toast burnt again, had to send steak back because it was bloody and it came back with a hair. Read moreThe Fit fare skillet was delicious except it literally had 10 potatoes in the bottom but oh well i wasnt driving back. The server could've been friendlier. I was trying to decide what i wanted so he impatiently waited to take my order as he tapped his nails and rings on the cashier podium. So I looked at his hands as he was doing it and he stopped. I want to add that he did ask if I wanted ketchup and tobasco so at that point when i finally paid i left him a tip but the first percentage on the card machine showed 18% He only deserved $1 because of his unfriendliness but whatever that's the only time someone will get me for an extra dollar they didnt deserve. I left my glasses in the car and my unwillingness to go get them cost me. I did see no tip but like i said he did offer condiments. Jack in Box had computer problems, Carl's Jr apparently doesnt sell breakfast at 4am so as you can see Denny's wasn't my first choice because I paid $14 for the same service with an attitude that i could've gotten at a fast food joint.
