I know this location just opened and will have growing pains for awhile, so I'll update this review next year when I try them out again - hopefully it'll be a better experience.
As of now, the kitchen is very disorganized - even though they looked fully staffed and there weren't many customers at all, it took 35 minutes to get one burger. We asked once if they could check on our order because after 30 minutes we legitimately thought they may have forgotten it.
When the burger came out, we asked for a box to take it home because we needed to get back to the babysitter. Since it was taking awhile to get the box, we went inside to see if we could find one ourselves. A staff member said loudly and in front of us, "What do they want now? They got their food!"

Read moreThis Dog Haus just opened within the week of our visits. The menu had a number of options that we had a hard time deciding. The prices are reasonable. A la carte sides were generous portions. I was disappointed that they don't have their full bar open yet, as I wanted to try a cocktail, but they did have a great beer selection. Food took longer than expected to come out, but obviously it is a brand new location and will take a little bit to get a rhythm. Team seemed to be working hard and I am looking forward to another visit when I can afford the calories. Though all their Dog and Sausage options are available as bowls to cut the carbs. Read moreI repeat, do not order here for atleast 1 more month. I counted 6 people in the kitchen at least 2 cooks and it took 30 minutes for a burger and fries.. No one came to chk on us, no one offered an apology. 4 people in front of us were just as pissed off. And people who was behind us got their meal before us.. I got my meal before 2 people who ordered before me.. The kitchen has little to no direction and the manager could careless. 1 bar tender 1 bar back! 2 cooks, 2 preps.. and yes I have major kitchen experience. Literally no line just people waiting half an hour for a burger (meat, two breads and mayo)! Don't open a restaurant unless you are ready for the customers!
