Guido's Pizza & pasta — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

We were regular customers, until today. This same rude manger and supposed owner who clearly struggles with taking orders, was very rude when I called in to see if there was something that could be done about the wrong order being delivered to our house.He rudely says that he repeated the order back to me 3 times, which was untrue. Heck, he didn't even remember to ask which form of payment we'd be using during the conversation. I had to call and remind him. Since he was so argumentative and rude I requested to have the delivery person come back and grant me a refund. He agreed and hung up the phone. I then called back to inquire when the delivery person would be arriving and he says he won't be sending anyone and also that the order wasn't wrong. So I couldn't have a refund. And hung up in my face. Absolutely the worse customer service ever and the food isn' t even great!...

They are saving money on basic things. I came to that place, ordered pasta and chicken wings, and waited for 20 minutes. When I reached the park and opened the bag there was no fork, so I had to close and pack everything back and drive to the nearest store to buy a fork. By that time pasta was already cold and awful, couldn't finish it. After the meal I also needed napkins, and they also didn't put it inside. I called them and they said that I should have asked for fork and napkins when I was there. That makes no sense, because I've never been asked about it. And all the other places put fork and napkins even if you order pizza. Bad experience, I will...

My wife and I were in the area visiting some friends when we decided to order some pizza. We all had a taste for a margarita pizza so we called up Guido’s to have one delivered. The ordering process was fairly simple and the delivery was quick; but the pizza on the other hand was awful. If you see the picture I provided it seems like they just slapped some tomatoes onto a mushroom pizza. It was one of the nastiest things I’ve ever seen. When I called in to complain, the owner Blanca was extremely rude and said it was our fault for ordering it. Bad food, poor customer service, eat at your...
