I was not with my parents, but they came back from a trip and they had a horrible time at in n out, here is word by word what she excperice, "Number one with double-double and Coke the meal. And the second order was number 2 with the coffee. No soda, but the cause you didn't know how to separate the coffee. And he asked for help. He wasn't like a new employee and a cashier later. Help him but didn't get it right. Another male cause you're open another chair. And he asked for help that I did it right and then he tried to fix it and they didn't get it right so he told us oh. He's gonna help you, so we went to the other cushier. He cut the order, but then with dad. Pay with a $100 bill. And they said oh I have to wait for my supervisor because i can't catch this. That told him okay. Let me pay debt, but he did a listen and then he told the super. Visor black male and he said OK. To go someplace on the back and the cashier told him I can. The the supervisor told him okay, I'm busy making checks and making this please, sir, wait, give me a minute and we waited and then later he said, oh, you can go and get your drinks and and then he said, oh no, it's fine. I'm going to wait. I give you your cash later, if I would decide to wait And the supervisor got a little bit more upset and then he said, look, I'm busy right now. I'm making shakes with this people and making these drinks for them and and daddy decide to to go and get the drink and then came back waiting for his catch and the supervisor got upset and then he said when he came back later, he said you thought that I was gonna keep your change when I wasn't on a loud voice and that told him no, I'm here because The first cashier didn't didn't didn't know how to help me. Then he has help for it with the female cashier. And then he put me with the Turkish year and then the waiting of my change and then you scream at me and the guy kept screaming. No I wasn't gonna keep your cash. And that just decides to go and sit down and wait for his order". This shows that people who are behind the counter forget who is in charge, and who deserves time and respect, incompetent employees who have short tempered attitudes should not be behind the counter with a job. Lastly my mom mentioned the black employee did not give back there money until he began to go nuts and finally quit doing orders for everyone and gave them there money. .Everyone got their orders inside the building. But except my parents, they got their meal last and worst of it, all was that their meal came out cold and stale, not tasting any delicious flavors from the restaurant that they were serving to the people, no it came out, horrible and low tiered to the taste, which is bad service. And they are serving poorly and should be checked up by an inspector immediately. Lastly everyone behind my parents in line had problems as well do to them waiting and getting wrong orders. I do hope you all find another restaurant for the time being and enjoy my review, have...
Read moreIn-N-Out is a true California icon, famous for its simple yet delicious menu and commitment to quality. Known for using fresh, never-frozen beef and hand-cut fries, this fast-food chain has a cult-like following for a reason. Beyond its standard offerings, the “secret menu” is where the magic happens, and it’s worth exploring for a personalized experience.
For a truly indulgent treat, try the 4x4 Animal Style. This massive burger features four beef patties and four slices of cheese, dressed with grilled onions, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, and their signature spread. The patties are cooked with mustard for extra tang, making it a perfect choice for hearty appetites.
If you’re looking for something unique, the Flying Dutchman is a must-try. This low-carb option skips the bun entirely, offering two beef patties sandwiching two slices of melted cheese. It’s a minimalist delight that lets the fresh, juicy beef take center stage. You can have grilled unions as a bun.
For a lighter, gluten-free option, go Protein Style, where your burger comes wrapped in fresh, crisp lettuce instead of a bun. It’s a refreshing way to enjoy the classic In-N-Out flavor while cutting down on carbs.
Whichever option you choose, In-N-Out guarantees a flavorful experience that lives up to its...
Read moreIn-N-Out has become mythological. Legendary, but why? It's a mystery to me. The hamburgers are good but no better than good. In my view only marginally better than average. So marginally better than Wendy's or Carl's Jr IF (big if) they are cooked and served at optimum. And that is one thing that In-N-Out does do. Consistency. But that consistency does not produce burgers and fries that deserve lines wrapped around a parking lot three times. I'll give them another compliment. They are affordable by todays standards. Double Double with fries (they only have one size) and a large Coke with tax was 10.47. To me that is priced accordingly based on their quality but you'd think the place has michelin stars the way people carry on about it. Anyway if you've never eaten there by all means decide for yourself. If you think I'm crazy and it's 5 stars on its worst day I'd say you're likely influenced by the hype because it is just a pretty good hamburger joint. In-N-Out is a grand canyon sized gap from Five Guys and not as good as MANY other options in most cities. Let the indignant hysteria of the In-N-Out sheep...
