McDonald's — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

Today I drove through and ordered 4 happy meals. Let me just start by saying the guy that took my order was very nice and professional. They guy taking payment was very nice and professional. The lady at the drive thru window handing off the food was NOT friendly or professional. As I mentioned I ordered 4 happy meals. Went to grab the first one, missed and it fell to the floor. I opened my door and picked it up and NOT ONCE did the lady say “sorry” just kept handing them out the windows without looking. Come on. Is it too much to ask for an “I’m sorry.” I’m not fussy I would have said “no worries” instead it made me wish the dining room was open so that I could speak to the manager. Instead I got the opportunity to take a picture of the franchise owner, whom I called and sent a text to. Yes. I called because that is how poor this service was. No I DON’T want anything from them. I will never go back there. After looking through their reviews I’m surprised they’re still open. If you read this, consider driving up to the one on Golden Valley. I almost forgot to mention. The last time I was here, they left the burgers out of the happy meals. If I hadn’t checked and caught the guy doing drive up orders I wouldn’t have gotten them. Honestly what is up with this location. Please, please do something before the service causes...

The craziest turn of events, I went to O'Reilly's Auto parts to get my things to change my oil and while shopping I needed to use the restroom, just pee and wash my hands. The young hippy looking guy behind the counter said we don't have public restrooms. I was actually shocked and thought he was joking and I said, you don't let your customers go pee and he said with a straight face, there's no public restrooms there's a sign on the front door. There were customers there and I kinda felt uncomfortable with the tone of his voice talking down to me as if I was some vagrant. I put my items down and said thank you I no longer want to change my oil. Walking out one of the customer said Stater Brothers or Micky D's, I gave him a thumbs up and said thanks. While coming out of the McDonald's bathroom that same fellow O'Riley's patron was walking in and he said to me in passing I'm taking my own advice..... We both laughed and I said thanks. I proceeded to order lunch and head over to Auto Zone for my oil change items. The people here at McDonalds are always great and make you...

The lady that offered to take my order (Norma) got annoyed that I was asking what the difference was between two different chicken sandwiches and told me to look over the menu more careful and let her know when I was ready and walked away. I tried to stop her telling her I was ready just had a question on what the difference was but she completely ignored me and continued to walk away. A min later another girl comes up and helps me (got the order wrong) and when I went back to the counter after receiving my food I needed something from the back of the counter and the first lady (Norma) past me 3 TIMES and did not acknowledge me until I called her by her name and I asked her for help and she got someone else to give me what I had asked for because she didn't want to deal me (she said it in spanish and I speak spanish) so she didn't have time to help me but yet was hugging her employees and saying her goodbyes as they ended their shif.
