Update- I visited this McDonaldâs and placed a mobile order from right outside, I checked in to Drive-up #1 at 9:56pm, I instantly called to ask if I could purchase 2 McDonaldâs toys as my kids were restless and we were heading out on a 4 hour trip. Before anything I asked him if my order was received because the app looked a little different on my phone. He stated that my order was on his screen and confirmed the items in my order. I then asked about the toys, he mentioned that it was a policy âtoys cannot be sold separately â. I hung up disappointed. I waited 10 mins and called back because my son kept seeing the big buzzlightyear picture on the glass. I asked him to confirm that he had the actual buzz toys in stock because although I had already placed a big order with lots of food, I was going to buy 2 extra happy meals just to receive the toys for my boys. He said there was only 1 kind available, a girl toy with a cat. That wasnât going to work for me (not knowing what they look like I did not want a girl toy for my son). I thanked him and said never mind. 10 mins after the phone conversation a big drive-thru rush is cleared and cars arriving after us have come and gone. A male worker clocks out and as heâs walking through the door I remind him that Iâve been waiting for 20 minutes and if he can please advise the staff inside that Iâm still waiting. He went inside, mentioned something to them, and left. 35 mins later Iâm beyond frustrated as the drive through had been very slow for 5 or so minutes and yet no one has brought me my food. I mind you were traveling and this has now set us back on time. The drive through again starts to slowly fill up so I get out of my vehicle to check the door as the hours online state that the restaurant closes at 11pm. I walk up and as Iâm walking Iâm saying excuse me bcs I could see a worker. I was completely ignored. No one was attending me until âTiffanyâ mentioned to me that I need to leave as the lobby is closed (the front doors were open and not locked I didnât struggle at all to walk in the door and there were other ppl in there and in the restroom). I explained to Tiffany that Iâve been parked in curbside #1 for about 40 mins now and Iâm wondering whatâs going on bcs cars have been coming and leaving and weâre still there. She had nothing to say but I needed to leave. She did not acknowledge anything I was saying. At that point I asked to speak to a manager bcs she kept walking away doing other things and not listening. There were 4/5 other employees that I could see and none ever looked my way. I was asking for customer service and everyone including Tiffany were acting as if they could not hear me and as if I was not standing there. I was asking Tiffany (as she was the only one who came near me in the beginning but she literally did not use any words, did not care to understand what I was talking about, did not communicate or more than 5 words) she finally asked âwhat are you talking aboutâ after Iâm standing there explaining from the moment I walk in to try and get someoneâs attention bcs im beyond tired and frustrated of waiting. I explained that I was there for curbside #1. She said she didnât know what I was talking about. I could not believe my ears and my eyes (the girl at the drive through was walking around laughing and the male that was in the center area stocking boxes/misc) no one acknowledged me or anything I was saying- I literally stood there saying âplease help me, Iâm beyond confused Iâve been here for 40 minutes and no one can even talk to me and explain whatâs going on are you serious, this has to be a jokeâ I started to shake at that point. I noticed that Tiffany pointed something out on the screenâŚetc.
-1 year ago (I couldnât post multiple reviews) Yohima is amazing! Best customer service Iâve received by far. I was having a bad day, I couldnât find my wallet, my Apple Pay was having issues, and she went above and beyond to comfort me, make sure I received my order, and because of her I had a better day. This world needs more people like...
Read moreThis is a hard of you to do because chiefly this low review is a reflection of my dissatisfaction of their food.
I had a weak moment. I was at the gas station adjacent to this McDonaldâs right after shopping for way too many hours at the target and Kohlâs Iâm that plaza. I literally was so hungry I could have eaten an alpaca or in this case McDonalds.
I made the rookie mistake that their marketing depth is counting on - a desperately, starving rookie who took one look at their âInternationalâ menu and literally said Iâll take one of each! secretly Hoping it taste like international fair rather than McDonaldâs.
So $18 later, which for one person at the McDonaldâs drive-through is insanity, Iâm sinking my mouth or at least trying to into some bacon burger that is so absolutely gross I took one bite and I talked myself into the cheese fries I ordered to accompany the burger.
As a fairly intelligent person, I shouldâve realize that I couldâve gone no wrong with ordering Youâre basic McDonaldâs fare to not only save $10, but to know what I was going to be getting even if it was the topic of a scathing and hard to deny documentary.
So basically the food was barely edible if that and I better stop with this review now before I really start sounding like some self entitled native southern California girl (which Iâm not!) which I strive daily to not be everâŚ.
Oh I should really add that I found no issues at all with the level of service from beginning to end by the lovely young guy in the drive-through. Must be how McDonaldâs truly keeps getting people to buy the stuff. Iâm fairly certain if they had terrible recruiting skills and their associates matched the quality of their food that McDonald would have gone down...
Read moreNot lovin' it anymore. The quality and taste has gone way down over the years! Used to be the smell of their fries would waft over to the surrounding shopping centers...no more. And after tasting them, I can see why. Their fries no longer taste good...and I noticed they upset my stomach after eating them [Upon further research, it's because of the type(s) of oil they fry them in..too many artificial or unnatural ingredients, no longer using beef tallow]. The burgers no longer taste like beef and the chicken nuggets are mostly breading with spongy center that doesnt even resemble chicken. The Filet O Fish sandwiches for a few years now haven't used that nice white fish they used to use...it seems like some cheap type fish, always grayish and the tasteless, and they're half the thickness they used to be. As their prices go way up, the quality and taste goes way down. Their breakfast sandwiches seem to be the only decent thing left on the menu, but when you price out the same ingredients to make your own at home, you can make one better and quicker than waiting in line...and for well under a dollar. And don't even get me going on the prices...ridiculous for food that not only doesn't taste good, but will likely make you chronically ill over...
