Im not sure why but every time i come to this store they are really rude. One night i ordered through my app, paid through the app and used my rewards and got a free 10 piece chicken nuggets...and got to the drive through announced that i had a drive through order, they came back with saying that it was too late to use the mobile order that its only walk inside or pay through the drive throu, i get over to drive through window only the clerk couldnt figure out how to add my free 10 piece chicken nugget on there...and after 20 minutes decided to just give them to me since they didnt alert anyone. Get to the next window, a young girl manager and a young man walk out in front of me in my car look at me and then proceeded to tell me in front of everyone that from now on i will either need to wait until they credit my app back with the reward before getting in drive through orhav3 to do without the item...and then proceeded to tell me it was too late and they were going to make my nuggets as other people were getting their orders. I said now wait its only like 10:30pm, i get its a little late but i already ordered this long ago, the app allowed me to order and i want the chicken nuggets...the manager look at me, turned and looked at the young male clerk and they both started laughing at me and shook their heads. Read moreProbably the worst McDonald’s out of the ones in Santa Clarita, never once got my order right first time even if it’s just A PLAIN burger no nothing on it. How do you mess up two slices of bread on a bun every time? This time they graciously decided to keep us waiting a 10 minutes. The only reason we even came to this location again was because the app screwed up and took us to the wrong ones. This was a great McDonald’s when I was growing up but now it seems like the whole team cannot get an order right. Especially if you’ve messed it up every time and different times of the day. There is no way the same person is making that burger. Does this McDonald’s teach its whole team to just ignore everything? This is making me question if you guys really do deserve that 20 an hour. Wednesday, April 30, 2025, between 2:45 pm and 3:30 pm, my wife went thru the right side drive-thru kiosk because it was empty and the left side already had a vehicle. The drive-thru attendant asked my wife will you be using the mobile app. She said no...and then silence. The vehicle on the left kiosk was finished ordering and moved on. My wife was still waiting there for the attendant to come back on. He eventually did after two additional vehicles already placed their orders and moved on. While angrily waiting, my wife kept on saying "hello, hello" but no answer until after the two vehicles moved forward from the left kiosk. My wife let the attendant know that she was sitting and watched as two vehicles placed their orders on the left kiosk and moved forward. The pathetic reason the attendant told my wife? He just got there. We all know that's a BS reason. If half a star could be given, that's what this McDonald's deserves. Very poor customer service. That is truly a reflection...
